Aww...it was so good! I hope you get to see it! I saw it twice. ^-^

i thought shrek2 was utter crap.

I thought it was cute. And it had a few funny parts.

I didn't like the first shrek. Too vulgar in language for my tastes. I mean, I don't mind it usually, but not in something designed for children! stare

I never listen to other peoples opinions about movies. I like almost everything (barring "recent" war films) so even if someone says a movie is crap, I will probably like it.

My sister has had Shrek 2 on DVD since it was in the theaters (pirated >_>) and I think it is pretty good. The first was better (as with most movies)

blaugh

its true though... but it works especially well on movies... if you hear its really crap, you'll go to the movie with low expections, and they might be exceeded, making you enjoy the movie more!

Yeah, in most cases, sequels just can't compare with the original.

Sometimes and I mean very rarely the sequel is better than the original. It's not often though.

Speaking of which, I went to see Alien vs Predator tonight. My friend Gabrielle says it sucks (though she admitted later to never having watching it O_o' ), but I enjoyed it. 3/4 stars.

Same with "American Werewolf in Paris"... The reviews said it was horrible, but I enjoyed it a lot.

Pssh... you enjoyed it for one reason and one reason only, Ms. Floof. I'll give you all three guesses why. I'll even give you two hints. It has nothing to do with Paris or Americans. xp

Werewolves, Special Effects and a little romance. ^_~ Not soley for the wolves, or else I would have like Werewolf in London more than I did. In fat, I barely enjoyed that one at all. I hated the ending crying
