Orophin LadyElla64 Aww...it was so good! I hope you get to see it! I saw it twice. ^-^ i thought shrek2 was utter crap. I thought it was cute. And it had a few funny parts.

I didn't like the first shrek. Too vulgar in language for my tastes. I mean, I don't mind it usually, but not in something designed for children! stare

I never listen to other peoples opinions about movies. I like almost everything (barring "recent" war films) so even if someone says a movie is crap, I will probably like it.
My sister has had Shrek 2 on DVD since it was in the theaters (pirated >_>) and I think it is pretty good. The first was better (as with most movies)

LadyElla64 How optimistic of you, Brody. blaugh blaugh its true though... but it works especially well on movies... if you hear its really crap, you'll go to the movie with low expections, and they might be exceeded, making you enjoy the movie more!

It's not often though.

Speaking of which, I went to see Alien vs Predator tonight. My friend Gabrielle says it sucks (though she admitted later to never having watching it O_o' ), but I enjoyed it. 3/4 stars.

i saw a review and the review said (basically) it was really crap.
but then.. if anyone remembers "Starship Troopers"... i thought that movie was cool, but the reviews all said "crap"

In fat, I barely enjoyed that one at all. I hated the ending crying
