As she had saw the girl's aloofness, Cheryl could only shrug as she went onto her own business. Also, she did take the girl's advice as she stuffed her guts back into herself, and with what very little knowledge she did know, sowed it shut enough so that it should handle some movement. But after all of that attention towards herself, Cheryl did not notice the Barghest that was staring intensely at her.  You couldn't deny his logic. It was the end of the world... you couldn't be picky about many things here. Food was scarce...people fought... demons were everywhere. Not even booze was safe. So yeah, if he wanted to drink...let him. Unless it was awful ethyl alcohol. That crap was awful for you.
She heard JP soldiers outside... and perhaps the time was up for them. But first... "Give me some of that. Don't chug it all down by yourself!" As they said...enjoy the little things... that was one of the Rules of... Wait. Wrong kind of Apocalypse.

Taking the time after beating that Barghest, Cheryl made sure that the stitches on her stomach were as tight as could be, though she didn't have enough medical knowledge, so it still looked sloppy as hell. Taking a stretch, and wishing she could have a nice and sloppy cheesesteak, she heard the sound from her phone that was starting to become commonplace."A friend's death clip has been uploaded!" Recognizing the girl in the clip almost immediately, Cheryl sighed. "This must be a gag reel, I swear..." "It's all about working hard and livin' it up. So you guys work hard, while I live it up, got it?""I didn't take you one to drink swill like this," the drummer smirked as he watched the white-haired artist take a drink of the moonshine before taking it back and sipping it one more time before setting it back in her hands once more, "Yeah...now it's a party! Something...about moonshine...huh?" His voice trailed off as something big seemed to be going on outside of the diner...rioters fighting against other civilians, a supply truck overturned and rare boxes of food laying on the street. That was a recipe for disaster. "s**t, and just when the party was starting to get interesting. This could get dangerous," he warned his companion, stepping out into the street and finding the nearest summoning Terminal, knowing he'd need something a little extra to deal with a threat on this level without backup beyond her. He had a sense for fights he could win and those he couldn't, and while the latter were almost nonexistent...this wasn't one he wanted to test out.
And after a few moments of activating things on his phone the power began to flow into his body...white, milky light shimmering within his eyes and extending from within his hands, crackling like bolts of hot white lightning. One look at him was enough to send half of the rioters fleeing to the far corners of the town...and the others found quickly that they were little challenge for a fully-possessed summoner like this one. It was a matter resolved almost too easily in that regard...but had he gone at it without that edge, the odds of fatalities...his own most likely of all...were too high to risk it.

As Cheryl could feel the earthquakes happening around, she saw the white-haired girl around, and the one building that was looking like it was about to collapse. sweeping her up with her one fully functional arm, Cheryl held Nix as she got the girl away from the building, just as it was collapsing behind her. "First off, we should stop meeting like this. Secondly, are you some kind of danger fanatic?" There really couldn't be much said when this was the third time saving someone, so jokes were the first thing that came to Cheryl's mind.  Amora Necromonium The pink haired girl stalked her father as he made his way back to base, careful to keep any demons from getting in his path for...Whatever he had planned.
And, as he was outside the base, she saw a familiar cone wading over to him. She bit her lip, and drew her bow, leveling it.
"Twenty degrees to the left..two degrees up...Account for wind.."
And, during a loud Yawn from her Father, she let the arrow fly, piercing and destroying the bud before it could interrupt him.
"I'll watch over you, daddy. I'll be your angel."
Much like the one following her..but that was beside the point.
