Prince was just leaning in for the bite, sweet salvation, looking forward to the taste of her tender, juicy flesh when he felt arms on him. This was the most frustrating thing for the grombie. Next there was a jolt in his shoulder - the same one he had been both stabbed and bitten in, he was going to feel that later - and he jerked with the electric shock and slumped forward, stunned.
Because of this it was easy to get him off Minty - if they could cope with the dead weight and manoeuvre him into the cage.
(( Time for me to sleep, feel free to lock Prince in the cage and do whatever you like, take him back to the safe haven, leave him there, whatever is all good. ))

{Oui, everything just seemed to dissolve into fighting, & everything's happening so fast O.o Almost forgot how we were supposed to get into the kitchen}
Voyager barreled through a pile of grunnies, smooshing as many as he could. With all the splatter from them he might lose traction soon, but they couldn't afford to give up yet. "Are they still having trouble with the guy? He shoulda changed back by now, what gives?" The surgeon's laughter was disconcerting, but at least the stubborn psychopath was still alive. The zip of lightning was sudden, even though Sciurus knew it's origin. Two grunnies got the chance to jump him, and even though he put them down, the doctor stumbled on some scattered bunny gutts and went down with a string of curses.

Volt appeared beside Lady Luck and Minty, bowing her head with a sigh, letting what little there was of the force field fade away. It didn't seem to work so well...she still needed to practice. She was comforted however that Prince was restrained for the time being, Minty was safe, and that the shelter she heard about was nearby."That's good news..."she said tiredly, wiping her brow with the back of her hand."I'm feeling a little drained..."But the grunnies were still bouncing around unfortunately. Here and there she'd spare some more energy and blast them into a pile of ashes with an annoyed pout.
Monster had gotten up and was sitting on the edge of the car's interior. "It doesn't make sense, it worked perfectly on me..." He turned to Lady Luck. "You know what Arron used to make the cure?"

I can lead ya there, but firs' 'ave any of ya see Sweet runnin' 'roun'? She slipped out of the safe room. I thin' she thinks she's turnin' into a grombie.
-From how long it was taking for the medicine to take affect on Prince, she was beginning to wonder if that might actually be the case. She didn' think she smelled like one after the vaccine, but maybe she'd just been too drained to notice the smell anymore-
'e used a golden grunny for it.

Charming had had just about enough of grunnies, and his companions were lagging. It was time to stop pussyfooting around, his cat was out of the bag anyways so there really wasn't much point. Old habits died hard though, even during emergencies. He lifted his foot and stomped. Gale force wind shot out from around the party, splatting grunnies up against the walls of the thread. The few grunnies that remained inside his perimeter seemed more manageable, but the walls looked grotesque.
"Oh. Ew. I didn't intend for that to happen." He sniffed, walking over to Volts, punting straggling grunnies as he went.
