They almost had him! Just a few more hits and the Bibarel king would be down!! Overjoyed at seeing his opponent weaken, Glace jumped in to deal another attack. Once again, he proved to be the stronger and faster one, and was able to land a mighty blow while being able to escape harm's way. You go, Glace!

Dusty glared at the Bibarel King. He was visibly getting weaker. She shot a carefully-aimed charge beam. She watches the normal-type collapse before gliding back to Natalie. "{We did it!}"

Annabell shrieked her displeasure when another pokemon managed the downing blow. Growling, she viciously tore free a hunk of fur from the fallen Bibarel before bounding back to Shina, dropping her prize at her human's feet. Shina just sighed with weary resignation and patted Annabell on the head.
[The boss is down! As stated before, the Kangaskhan and King Bibarel will be raffled off. If anyone does not want to be entered in the raffle for either or both pokemon and had not told me so already, please say so in this thread.]

Doyle heaved a sigh when the king finally went down. He called Ark to him and checked her out to make sure she wasn't seriously injured. "Good job girl." He said.

Charlotte jumped up and down in utter excitement. "We did it, Glace! We did iiiiit!!" She ran over to her tired Pokemon and tackle-hugged him, rolling across the floor of the temple room. "As soon as we get out of here, we're gonna get SO MANY SWEETS!!!"
Fin clutched Caddie tight to her chest as the Bibarel King fell for the final time, panting as hard as if she'd fought him herself. It was over.
The trainer was too tired even to cheer, but she kissed her Delibird hard on the head, between the tufts of feathers. Caddie burbled happily, and even she was ready for a nap. It was over.
All that was left was to find the way out. It was over... Right?

Delah's knees gave out with relief. It was over. Sperra came over and licked her, in a very motherly and protective way. Jan, of course, started cheering.
Dave fell to his knees in relief. The king was down, thank goodness.

Escape from Felicity Island
After the final blow to the bibarel king had been dealt, the king came crashing to the ground. You heard cheering from your cruise mates all around the treasure room. The king was finally down! You have all lived to go home and tell the tale of the bibarel king.
The excitement only lasted for a few seconds, however, as the king sat upright again. He looked tired, but still had enough strength left to get back up. The king did not make a move towards the group again, but instead spoke. This couldn't be right. Pokemon can't speak! The king's voice echoed through your mind, but the bibarel's mouth didn't move.
You are strong. You have fallen my guards, as well as a good number of my children. If this were to continue, I have no doubt that you will wipe us all out, but I will not let more of us go down than it needs to be. You have all proven your worthiness to lead my pack. I tip my crown to you.
With that, he removed his crown and bowed to the group, before continuing.
Please take good care of my children. Your strength has deemed you worthy of my tale, the tale of my pack.
It was centuries ago, when the first of my ancestors arrived on this island as friends to the humans. The humans grew to worship us, and erected this temple in the name of bidoofs. They built statues for us and treated us like royalty, but with how much they fed us, we grew in numbers. We grew until the temple could no longer house and feed us. The children were starving, and blamed the humans for what they couldn't provide for themselves. The humans still worshiped our kind, and couldn't kill us off, even if they were dying themselves. Some were scared and started building traps in their rooms, that only they knew how to get in and out of. They eventually died within their own devices, being too afraid to leave to find food.
They were weak, and my ancestors became angry and took over the island. The first bidoof king commanded his pack to find him food every day, but there was little food to start with. The pack quickly diminished in size until food on the island flourished once more. Then, the pack grew and food was scarce. It has been this way on the island ever since. A never ending cycle of children dying from lack of food!
Your group is strong, and has a way to get off the island. I pray you help us break out of this cycle!
With that, there was no more voice inside your head. The king did not speak another word. You wondered whether it was some sort of weird temporary magic inside this room that allowed the king to talk.
The bibarel king then stepped towards one of the cruise members, allowing himself to be captured.

When the king was gone, a muffled cry could be heard coming from behind a closed door in the treasure room. One of the cruise mates tried the handle to the door, and it opened easily, unlike many others you've encountered in the temple.
A baby kangaskhan hopped out and into this cruise member's arms! They decide to return the baby to the kangaskhan mother. The mother was so glad to have her baby back that she decided to let herself be captured and hope for a better life.
The ground rumbled as a wide door slid open in front of you. It was the outside! You were all finally free from the temple! The sky has gotten dark, and you had only spent a few hours in the temple, despite it feeling like days.
You look around the room to find various bidoof jewelry as well as a ton of the mysterious coins. They don't seem very mysterious anymore, and was probably used as a form of currency between the first humans on the island.
Bidoof came out of the shadows to survey the scene. With their king down, they didn't bother to attack any more. They merely watched.
You have three choices:
A. Toss your own coins to the pile, and pick up some bidoof jewelry for your own little bidoof. B. You don't have a little bidoof of your own, so you pick up the nearest cutey as your prize. C. Keep my coins as a souvenir of the island.
