 Klaus was a little disappointed to hear that she was a weapon, but couldn't help to look at her crossbow arm with a faint smile. "Weapon..." He turned his arm into a bladed whip. "I guess we're both still in need of partners."

Elvira Ariadne"I guess so," Although she did think whips were pretty cool, she had to admit, she was a little bit disappointed. Although it was her first day, so she supposed it might be a little early to expect too much. "But I haven't seen anyone. Maybe..." She started to panic. "Maybe we're late? Or early?"

It was true that it was his first day, as well as the girl's as well, so it wasn't too disappointing. After the girl brought up that they might be either late or early, the worry of being late struck him again. "I thought about that to... I also worried about being in the wrong class as well. I figured I showed up at the right time, but I then worried if I got the time zones wrong..." Klaus then thought about the girl a little, realizing that he never got her name. He turns his whip arm back into his normal arm and reaches out to the girl. "I almost forgot... My name's Klaus Andreas. What's you're name?"

Elvira Ariadne"Elvira Ariadne. Nice to meet you." Elvira reached out to shake hands with him. It was definitely the same time zone, but maybe she'd done something wrong? Try as she might, she just couldn't think of anything she'd missed. Maybe the schedules had been changed? "Are you from overseas?"

"Nice to meet you, Elvira." He gave a gentle smile as they shook hands. "Yes, I'm from Germany. I hope my English isn't too bad. I'm guessing you lived her originally, or had the same time zone?" He tried to figure out the time zones once more in his head, trying to see if it was different from what he came up with before.

"I don't know... it should be the time for this class to start. There didn't seem to be a front office or anything." Klaus felt unsure of what to do other then waiting. Thinking that waiting just a few more minutes would be enough before going out of the classroom for any kind of reason. "Maybe a few more minutes, then we can try to ask about class or just go to a library. Well...um... how well... h-have you gotten with your weapon form?" Klaus seemed unsure of what to say or to do.

Elvira looked back down at her map and found where the library was. She supposed, if no one showed up soon, that it would be alright to explore. After all, they WERE new here. They could hardly get blamed for being confused on their first day. "What about you? Why did you come to DWMA?"

Klaus looks at the map as well to try to get grasp on the schools layout. When Elvira asked why he was at DWMA, he brings his attention, unsure of how to describe his reasons of being there. "To be honest, I'm really quite an ordinary person; nothing special about. But when I found out I was a Weapon, I felt it was a duty to become a weapon for some random Meister. But when I study Weapons and DWMA, I learned about Death Sythes, and I believed that was my goal as a Weapon, and was my reason of being. I'm sorry if it sounds a little too personal." He gave a faint chuckle, and then smiled warmly. "It's probably a silly reason, isn't it?"

It's the best!"She purposefully decided to leave out the part where she accidentally shot somebody in the leg. He didn't need to know about that.

Klaus couldn't help but to notice her grin and excitement when she brought up fighting. "You sound like you enjoy fighting, Miss Elvira. To be honest, it difficult to completely transform for me. I guess that's my fault for trying to learn how to fight without a Meister. Of course I really can't use my abilities very well without a Meister, but I figured I should at least learn how to fight in case if the Meister gets injured or if I never find a partner." He pauses for a minute, wondering to himself what kind of Meister he'ld he partnered with. "Anyway, it seems no one's showing up. Should we just head to the library?" He got up from his seat, and offer his hand to Elvira to help her up.

Currently: Standing awkwardly
After much wandering Mingan found the first years class. He was almost in shock at the sheer number of people in the campus. He had spent much of his day so far memorizing the school grounds and making a mental map as not to get lost. He noticed that a majority of the people here seemed to be partnered up with other people. He wondered at that, was it a type of "buddy system"?
Not knowing what else to do, Mingan wanders over to an unoccupied corner and looks at the people in the room he was in. Again people seemed to be grouping up in twos. Rather lost and confused, Mingan just stood there looking lost.

Klaus thinks to himself about the kind of books there would be in the library. "I wonder if they have books in different languages... Though I got English down well, I'm still learning it." Klaus follows Elvira to the Library. [Exits]
