..Oh, God, if anything was to kill him, it was this! But, it wasn't as bad if he just remembered the last dish they had made and focused on their attractive, sunny hair colors~ Yes, he made it past the bad taste just from that! And, so, with a more normal demeanor, he moved onto the next table warily. His last three victors had failed him so badly, so.. perhaps he should try a complete loser this time? Yes, it made sense! He went over to Raiden and Zelynity's table, though he was hesitant at first - until he saw the beautiful dish presented there! It seemed his mind hadn't been wrong in this assumption; Raiden and Zelynity had done a pretty dish! He smiled at the eclair and took a hopeful bite~( +1 for a perfect presentation!

What? It was average! Ah, pretty, but so average in flavor! He frowned in frustration - was it just that everyone was doing average this round?! No one could excel in desserts! It was as though everyone had used up their horrible and their perfection in the first two rounds in favor of just being mediocre (or worse) in the last! Gaston couldn't have an opinion on who to go to next, so he just went to a table at random - Hayden and Benedek's! They hadn't stood out very much in the last two rounds and, yes, even now, they were looking to be mediocre.. but, it was his duty to continue.( +1 for business reasons~!

..Yet again, it was another boring dish. Not horrible, not good, nothing he could say for it! Gaston shook his head at the pair and decided to just let it be. It wasn't just them, anyway; it was the entire round! Not that he had gotten very far, truly, to make that decision.. But, this was Gaston! He could make a decision whenever he wanted to! He headed to yet another random station, coming up to Kevin and Benedikt's table. What did they have, hm? ..A dull cake. He shook his head at how even the recipe itself couldn't be anything interesting and just took a bite of it.( +0 D<

Oh.. Oh, just when he was losing faith! He found something delicious, interesting, and so titillating~! Who knew such average men would produce such a delight? The texture was a little odd at times, but it only added to it's charm - even the unusual crunch had him smiling in pleasure~! He let out a sigh of happiness as he went on to the next table, restored to face the next stations with more of a judge's eye! For none other than his dear brother, Reinbach! What had he made? Oh, who knew - he just knew it had to be perfect because it was his brother! And his Florence~! He smiled as he greeted them before taking a hearty bite of what they had presented~! ..Such a poor one too.. Oh, well, he would have to forgive them out of love! They looked exceptionally beautiful sobbing pure tears in the corner, after all, which made up for any disturbing.. disturbing.. dish.. ..Right?( +1 for being Florence!

AHH~!! Of course! Florence and Reinbach made an exceptional team! Gaston was truly happy after he took that bite, enjoying every second of it - and more! Just the knowledge it was by his wonderful Sonata brother made it all the more delectable~! He sighed out dreamily before heading off to the next table - no time to console them! He would have to carry on his work before they all shed tears together under the moonlight in a moment only the gods could possibly understand or even look upon without running away from the sheer glory of it all~ Now, on to.. Mei and Catrina! They had done pretty well last round, correct? Oh, well, that didn't mean much to him anymore, honestly.. So, he just took them based on appearances! Mei was pretty, wasn't she?( +1 for Mei being pretty!

Oh, another average dish, but, well, Gaston hardly cared after the food his brother and Florence presented~! He went on to the next station - Celeste and Freja! Ah, neither of which were blondes or really related to him, but he didn't mind them too much. It was more about the - ugh! What sort of dish was this?! It looked absolutely appalling! He grimaced at the sight and had to force himself not to vomit at it - how could anyone..? Oh, but, he would have to force it down! Yes, he could do it! For he was GASTON! He took a bite hesitantly, expecting the worse the worst looking dish so far~!( -1 for poor presentation!

Oh, boring.. Oh, well, he would handle it. Kevin and Benedikt plus his brother and Florence had proved to him that he couldn't lose hope entirely! He couldn't expect much from such an ugly dish after all~! He moved onto the next table, Haruka Koyama! She had done dreadful the first round, went up to average, and, perhaps, she could impress him this round? ..Well, whatever she was trying for, it didn't look like it was at all in presentation! Just look at it! He furrowed his brow at the poor looking flan - did she honestly..? Was she even trying anymore? He wasn't sure, but he was about to find out as he took a bite..( -1 for poor presentation!

It.. actually was quite good! He was generally surprised with it's flavor, to be honest; it was almost perfect! And only 'almost' because of the horrible way it was presented! If she had spent a little more time in that area, certainly, she would have had a much better score! Alas, she didn't, so.. Gaston would have to settle with near perfection. He went on to the next table - Benedetta and Emery! What did he remember on the two? Oh, he hardly knew; they were somewhat pretty, but Emery's lack of personal hygiene ruined that.. He would just have to eat what he saw and hope it tasted good!( +0~!

Nothing to write home about, certainly. Gaston frowned at the lack of anything special, but, then, neither of the individuals were very special themselves. He could hardly expect much to come out of them, combined efforts or not! So, he moved onto the next table - Xeiro and his.. little.. sister, wife, possibly grandchild - he wasn't sure, but he knew they were related somehow. It didn't matter to him, though, as he was more focused on the dish! ..The ugly, ugly dish.. Oh, how he hated such imperfections staining his day! He shook his head and took a bite..( -1 for a poor presentation!

...Oh, right. He remembered Xeiro very well now. He was the horrible baker from the last round! Any and all appreciation he had towards him for being an ugly bridesmaid for his wedding was cancelled out after he had to endure that piece of junk he called a dessert! How dare he force a beauty like Gaston to have to eat that trash?! He sniffed at the man before leaving to the next and last table - Keith and Quentin! They hadn't done the best or the worst from what he could see, but he was sure it had to be better than the last people! Plus, Keith was rather pretty! That would make up for it, yes? ..He hoped so.( +1 for being a pretty man~!

..Noooope, it seemed like it didn't make up for anything. It wasn't enough to bleach his tastebuds free of the last flavor, but at least it didn't leave him with a horrible memory of this year's Cooking Contest. Keith's dish was average - which could probably describe this entire festival pretty well. Average. He let out a drawling sigh before he went back to the judging table so that Gladice could take the final scores and, once she was done, announce them. Then he could go home and enjoy his mansion of beauty to forget this whole event!

An it was her turn to taste those deserts! Of course, this was her favourite part of the contest, and she really hoped that people wouldn't disapoint her this round. She went right away at Haruka's table, mainly because she had did well the previous round and she was hopping that Haruka would be back like she had been in the first year, and, by the look of her flan, she was! Just look at that! Well, no. Don't look. It looked pretty horrible, BUT, it was well done! You could see the texture was good and the technique was pretty good! Who cared if t wasn't pretty? This wasn't an art competition. She took a big bite of the flan.

Yes! Yes! THAT was her Haruka! She knew she would come back one day! Now, she only had to ban Nanami from ever attending the festivals ever again, and Haruka would always be perfect in her cooking! It was a small price to pay, but she was willing to do it if it meant more food like this!
She then went to her grandson's table and... frown. What had he done to that creme brule? It was burnt on top, full of chucks... just not... really good... Well, she knew Keith wasn't the best one when it came to desert and that had just proved it. Oh well, she still took a bite out of it. There was still hope for it to taste good!

And she was right! It was still good! Too bad it hadn't been done better, it would have been perfect. She should give her grandson some baking lessons. Yes, she should do just that.
But first, her granddaughter! She went to Alanis tables and smiled at the little pink canape! They were so cute! Almost as cute as when Alanis was with... where was Lucas? Seriously, that boy had a tendency to always disappeared at the end of the cooking festival. Was her allergic to something used in desert? That was the only reason she could find. She shrugged it out and took a bite, expecting good thigns.

Yes! That was just what she was expecting from Alanis! It tasted so good! Oh, she should take a second, but no, no. She would get fat if she hate too many sweets. It was time to pass to another table.
This was Freja and Celeste table and it would appear like they had done a mille crepe! And it looked really well done! It wasn't well presented... in fact, there wasn't any presentation at all! They had just been placed on top of a plate like if there wasn't anything to it. That was strange... maybe some minimalist style? It could be it. She wasn't quite sure what to make out of it, but she still took a bite, because, once again, who cared how it looked?
