Kiro nodded as she answered the question, brushing a few blonde bangs out of his face and behind an ear. "You two go well together... you fit..." He blushed and looked down as he said it, a little embarassed. "Not that I'm implying you're as... uh... as she... no... uhh..." He then (thankfully) hesitated before raising his gaze with a guilty smile, before implying Sy was as spoilt as Delta seemed to be (or seemed to act in any event). "I'm digging myself deeper, huh?"

Blinking a few times, she had always considered Aly's giving her to her as a sort of lack of sanity. She really had a hard time finding some things in common with Delta, although they got along reasonably well considering their dispositions. She just didn't see how it was a *good* fit necessarily.
"You... think so?" Confusion swept over her face, not insult or anger. She didn't really need his apology, because she seemed to feel that Kiro would not say something that could even be remotely hurtful.

Still embarassed, Kiro nodded gently. "Well, yeah. I mean, you don't seem to have all that much in common, but you've both got what the other doesn't. Like, Delta's very self-assured and boisturous." He smiled apologetically. "Whereas, you're more in tune to people. You two might teach each other things as you get to know each other better."

Blinking a little, she watched Delta finish her food and stretch out, idly pushing some fur and feathers into place with her beak, wanting to look as perfect as possible when she was relaxing. Being beautiful was a hard job, but someone had to do it.
Laughing softly she leaned back in her chair, looking at Kiro. In a way, she could see how he was right. In some ways, she supposed, they were polar opposites. Perhaps she had just as much to learn from Delta as Delta had to learn from her.
"I think you may be riiiii-!" Leaning back a bit too far, there was a distinct thump and crack of wood as Sy fell back onto the floor with the chair. Oooooh, look at that ceiling spin! All five of them!

Blinking in alarm, Kiro jumped up. "Are you okay?!" He leaned across to offer a hand and help her up. "You've gotta be more careful... you'll end up hurting yourself one day..."

"Which one of you sazzat?" She started looking angrily at thin air, and pointing at the other Kiro's that she very clearly saw. This was no time to be scolding her when he very obviously had a problem and had multiplied himself. Scooting out her chair, she stood with her hands on her hips. "I am careful, don't be silly."
@__@ Her stupid mother had hurt herself again. Walking over casually, as if this clumsiness was an everyday occurence, she pecked at her mother's leg, and then looked confused at the lack of response. >_o She wasn't playing dead again, was she?

He nodded smiling in a 'suuuuuure you are' kind of manner. "As long as you didn't hit your head too hard or anything like that."
He then smiled at Delta with a chuckle. "Is your mother embarassing you?"

Delta gave him a weird look. As if anyone could look at her and her mother and not see the immediate differences. No, she was not so easily embarassed as she figured people knew her mother's inherent craziness. She had her personal interest in her mother's health and state of mind considering she was her guardian, but she also was somewhat attached to Syrenrei.
Sy was intent on leaving now, seeing as there were far too many Kiro's and her head hurt. Stumbling towards the door, she accidentally lost her balance and fell on Kiro... the real one. Oomph!

Kiro blinked at the look Delta gave him. He was only trying to get along with her...
And then Sy had to go and fall on him. "Geez," he hissed, not expecting to be fallen on. "Sy?" He guided her back into the room, away from the door, and deposited her in another (more upright) chair. "I thought you were kidding with me," he reprimanded gently. "Sit here until your head clears okay..."
He couldn't help but worry about Sy's innate... clumbsy side... where in the world did she get that from?

"My head is clear," she declared to the Kiros. Really, all of them talking in unison made her even more confused because she only felt two arms on her and that didn't make sense. Shaking her head a little bit, she was slightly agitated, but she wanted to be polite at the same time... so instead of saying anything else, she stood and looked at all of them.
Delta tried to suppress her amusement and chirped at Kiro, completely interested in seeing if Sy could make it to the door. Gawds, she wasn't hurting anyone, so why ruin the fun?

Kiro couldn't help but frown. But, he stepped back and let her go for the door again with a quiet murmur of, "If you're sure..."
He picked up the near-forgotten book from the table. "I have a letter to write, so I'm going to go do that." He continued to watch her worriedly before murmuring to Delta, "Keep and eye on your mother for me..."
Then, with a slight wave he made his way up the corridor to his room. It was going to be, he realised, one heck of a long letter.

Sy stumbled towards the door a little unsteadily, carefully placing one foot in front of the other as the world twisted, turned, and surged before her eyes. Delta followed behind her at a safe distance, not wanting her mother to hurt herself, but at the same time not able to convince herself that her mother falling would be funny.
Unfortunately for Delta, Sy reached the door, and on the sixth reach for the doornob she grasped it, opening it as she waited on Delta to exit before her. At least she knew Kiro wouldn't say anything to anyone about this. @__@

Alyosha moved a little, quietly. He had been standing there for a while, listening to the conversations which had occured. Sometimes it was nice to observe someone without them knowing. It could be.. amusing.
Stretching a little he walked back towards his apartments, slipping from all fours to a bipedal gait as he did so.

Alyosha stared at the little globe, then the note, then the globe once more. He wasn't too sure she'd gotten his meaning right but what did it matter. He grinned, standing up and picking the globe with him. Moving through to his room he placed it on a shelf then adjusted it so that he could see it from his bed better.
He walked back through to the other room. He had an errand to run. Piocketing the burner he had procured for Foenix he headed towards her to drop it off. He had prepared a note in case she was asleep. He headed out across the Island.

Tiptoeing into the Centre, Nyxa peered around warily. She felt a bit bad for not enabling Luc to get to know a few of the other Aerandir better, and she hoped that perhaps someone was around in the Centre today.
Luc was feeling quite proud of himself having found a small flower patch in the woods earlier that day, and today he'd been carting around a small peach-coloured mum that he'd snatched. It was a rather large bloom, and he did look quite odd carrying it around.
