Ryan noticed what was happening with Rio came back down. "For the love of..." he said, slapping him hard in the back, "just go already!"

((Gonna advance it a few days and while we're doing our own thing (from random to furthering your own character/plot-lines) I'm having DestrOy do away with Double and the Studio. Huh. that reminds me to send a PM about some stuff.)) A couple days after the battle with his experience the Fury Memory, Ryan decided to go for a all stroll. Saying goodbye to Philip, Shoutaro, and Kio, who were off doing their own thing... Ryan decided to retrieve his bike, which was still where they'd left it a few days earlier. Afterward, Ryan was driving around a populated shopping area. Parking his bike, he decided to walk around. Its quiet, to quiet. He thought. Ryan took this time to look at the folded cloth that Shoutaro had given him before he'd left that morning. ................... " What's this?" Ryan asked, lifting a corner to start unwrapping it. Shoutaro put his hand on his to stop him. " Don't open it now. Just know its for you to open when everything seems dark." " Kinda lame, don't you think?" Ryan joked, cooking his head a little. Shoutaro hit him for this. " Just know," he said, " that whatever happens that me and Philip are proud of you. You'll know when to open it." Shoutaro walked off to the same room he and Philip had been in for the past night, working on something. Ryan put the wrapped cloth in his pocket and left. ------------------------

When Kira took Rio home, she explained that she met him near the university, which was true. However, she did not tell her that they were fighting evil freaks together. Then, Kira took the extra bed in her grandmother's room and let Rio have her room.
~A couple days later~
Kira's grandmother made breakfast for all of them while Kira and Rio were getting dress.

Ryan heard a small commotion, which drew him out of his thoughts. "Dammit, at a time like this?!" he said, pocketing the item and rushing through the slightly concerned, mostly clueless civilians. "What's with all these people?" he asked out loud, shoving himself through them until getting a clearing. A car had crashed into the nearby building, but there didn't appear to be a cause. Ryan pulled out a Batta Candroid and quickly glanced at it. He didn't like it, but he decided to wait and check it himself first.

*During the rest period of several days, Hiraku took the time to take it mostly easy. He was on edge as usual, knowing at any moment fighting could break out as usual, but the lull in activity was a nice change of pace. He had been fighting too much, giving too much into the want to push the belt and not enough to figuring out how to stop his belt from being so broken. Having followed a few leads on top of his subtle relaxation, he came to multiple dead ends in his search for anyone who might know how to work on his belt.
Dalton had been gone since being escorted away. His house empty the previous days. Noburus had finished detailing several new monsters, including refining the Pawns to explode if anyone unauthorized attempted to grab onto them. A counter-measure to having seen how easy it was for the riders to use them as shields. Eiji continued his routine, observing Shocker working while also keeping a sprawled eye on the events going on.*

((Yosh... time for Fang and Era's teamup battle. Probably wont be to long though, maybe three long posts xp )) Ryan approached the car's driver side door. Looking into it he noticed that young women leaning over the steering wheel. " Miss are you okay?" Ryan asked as he opened the door. The women then woke up and looked at him smiling. Ryan was taken aback, realizing something was up. As he watched the women turned into un-molted worm and got out of the car. As Ryan heard the some surprised gasps from the crowd he put his Lost Driver on and took out the Fang Memory. Placing the memory into its slot, Ryan flicked his wrist to quickly transform... -Fa....nnn..g- The memory stuttered as a the tornado that accompanied his henshin sequence began to form but quickly died down. Surprised, put the driver back in its standby mode and removed the memory.. quickly reversing this order to attempt to transform again. This time not even the tornado nor the armor shards formed as the memory announced "F.." before "giving out" entirely. Ryan removed the memory and looked at it, trying to desperately figure out what had happened. While he was distracted, the worm briefly clocked up before reappearing right in front of him and back handing Ryan, sending him flying until landing on nearby metal table of a nearby restaurant. Clutching his side, Ryan quickly looked at the worm then at the people next to him. "Run!" he screamed. He got up gingerly as they eagerly complied, getting right behind them when the worm attempted to go after them. Ryan then activated the candroid he had been holding. " Hikaru," he said, " I need you get here as soon as you can!" ----------- Meanwhille... a transformed DestrOy approached the nearly abandoned studio. Shoutaro and Philip came running out. " Any last words?" he asked coldly. ((Put that last bit in to give us a bit of a reference as to when DestrOy got rid of Double and the rest of the Studio. XD))

*Across town, Hiraku was sitting outside in the shade. He was watching people go by, trying not to dwell on yet another bad dream or how he couldn't find any solution to problem. As he watched a stray cat run after a bird, he was snapped out of his trance and took out the teal candroid. Opening it up into it's grasshopper form, it rang out with Ryans voice and the noise of fighting in the background.
A few moments later, with the street Ryan was on being empty all but him and the worm, the noise of Eras motorcycle came roaring out. Already henshined, Era pulled out his rifle and fired at the worm before stopping and sliding to a halt, posing the bike sideways and freezing in it's path near Ryan.* Where is the threat? *Era, not really feeling the need to be called for one fodder-worm, looked around a bit, then over to the unhenshined Ryan.*

"Your looking at it." Ryan said dryly. Not sure if Era completely understood, he held up his memory and pressed the button on it. Nothing was announced from it.
"I'm not what's going on, but its like I've lost touch with the Fang Memory. I can't transform."
Neither of them noticed that something else was there with them.

Rio yawned slightly as he entered the dining room of Kira's home. He rubbed his eyes before sitting down at the table. Meanwhile Kivat had remained hidden this entire time as to not startle the girl's grandmother. "good morning."~ooo~
Across town, Kio was riding his ride vendor around. He had the urge to go and do something but didnt know what. He thought that maybe he could see if this place had an arcade or something, that would at least give him some entertainment. Ankh had accompanied him, prefering to look and see if there was any chance of getting any cell medals while out, maybe running into some sort of monster. The greed had previously worked on something the last couple days, something he didnt think he would need to do. ~ooo~ Nabuhiko grinned as he watched Ryan and Hiraku from a nearby roof. An evil grin formed on his face as he looked down at a gaia memory in his hand. On it was a large "R" with a horse like design and the word "rook" bellow it. He laughed to himself, loving his newest plan. He couldn't wait to implement this new strategy. And bellow his feet, in that "office building" was his greatest trump card, just waiting to be released. But it was so well hidden that no one would even notice, not even if they had walked into the building. To them it seemed normal, even with people working but those were either shocker combatants or worms in disguise.

*Shaking his head, Era hadn't counted on another rider's belt malfunctioning. Looking at the memory and not really caring about the unmolted worm, he went over to look at the Fang memory a bit.* Well, judging from what I know of these things and why it might not be working.... either it got damaged or the link is. My guess is that your link was affected from our last fight. *As he talked, Era continued to fire his rifle at the worm, causing it to spark and fall back so he could keep talking to Ryan.
Turning his attention to the worm and walking towards it to finish it before it could molt, he continued to talk to the unhenshined Fang.* Believe in your ability to use the memory. You used it this far with only minor rage fits from what I can tell. Just trust you can do it again and that it will respond when you absolutely need it. The important thing is tha-- Ah damn... hold on. *Taking too long trying to help Ryan, the worm had begun to molt. Rushing to attack it before it could, he stopped his motivational speech moment to try and stop the monster*

I'll take care of both creatures in a long solo-fight post, that way you wont have to worry about doing tw long solo-fights back to back.))
Ryan looked down at his memory, thinking about everything that happened to him... why he first became a rider, why he decided to stay a rider, even the times he lost control. He then thought of Era's words, Shoutaro and Philip had told him something similar once. He kept the memory eye level as he closed his eyes, remembering all the fights he had thinking about everything they had in common. Ryan felt the memory react and he snapped his eyes open, he had his answer.
He turned towards Era, who was busy trying to keep the Worm from molting. Ryan pressed the small button on more time.
Fang! the memory announced.
"Henshin!" Ryan yelled, running towards the two in the process. Ryan allowed himself a grin as he punched the worm mid-henshin.
-Fang-
Fang's rider eyes flashed as the amour shards fit into place and the mini tornado died down. "Sorry to keep you waiting, but I'm back."
Though Ryan had regained the ability to transform, he noticed that something felt odd about his attacks. They didn't have as much power to them and when he tried to charge one of his summoned Arm Fangs with energy he couldn't. Realizing that he wasn't synched completely, he sighed under his helmet.
"Oh well" he said aloud, realizing what other abilities he had temporary lost. "Needed to work on the basics anyway."

*Era stopped his attack as Fang rushed in, recharged and ready to fight the monster. Not sure how his speech really helped all that much, but glad things were working again for Fang, he let him charge the two monsters and took a more laid back stance.* Well then, I'd say you can handle this problem. My own belt isn't so easy to fix... but it can lend a hand.
*Noticing that Fang's power was lessened anyways, he knew this was going to be the right step to take. Taking out a card, Era slotted it into his belt. Activating the cross kamen ride ability that allows him to imprint it on other riders, Era crossed Fang with his mentor, Kamen Rider Joker. Creating a version of the FangJoker, he let the nod to his mentors form stabilize any berserker tendencies in the Fang memory while upping his power to make up for the overall loss.*
