But the third one wasn't normal He was reeking of the same darkness that I felt at school. I held the device that Hotaru gave me. I whispered, "Now's the time I act. I made a promise to you both, Saturn and Hotaru. And I'm going to keep it."

The three thieves were scanning, trying to find what to steal.

That's when I appeared and screamed, "Hold it right there, you thieves!"

The three thieves sneered, "What, you think you're going to stop us?"

That's when the third thief defeated the first and second thieves.

I questioned, "Why did you beat your own men?"

The thief answered, "Because, Akira Kido, it is you who I am searching for."

(Akira)

My eyes narrowed. I snarled, "You are of the same darkness that I felt at the school. Who are you and why are you here?"

The thief answered, "You have sharp senses. Indeed, I am of the 'darkness' that you and your friends have sensed earlier. However, we are more than just the 'darkness'. I am a representative of the Dark Zodiac."

I said, "Dark Zodiac, eh? And just what are your goals?"

(Akira)

I said, while waving my hand. "Step back, Hotaru."

The thief answered, "Our goal is to make the universe perfect."

I asked, "Perfect? How?"

Again, the thief answered, "By 'educating' people."

That's when my eyes narrowed. I snarled, "By forcing people to accept your views through brainwashing."

The thief answered, "Akira, that is a little harsh. But yes, you are correct."

That's when I asked, "And you want me to join your little group so that you can engulf the universe in darkness?"

The thief answered, "Again, that's harsh, Akira. When our darkness finally engulfs the universe, only then can the universe be perfect."

I said, "Don't be afraid, Hotaru. I can handle this situation."

That's when I looked at the thief. I said, "I already owe someone my allegiance to. Sorry, but I don't intend on world domination anytime soon."

The thief asked, "Is that your final answer?"

I said, while crossing my arms. "Of course. I'd rather die protecting the people I care for while living and having my friends hate me."

Then, the thief transformed into his youma form. The youma snarled, "Then I have no choice but to destroy you."

I snarled, "Let's take this outside. There will be no innocents harmed here."

The youma snarled, "Fine. Let's go."

I looked at Hotaru. I said, "I'll call help if I need it. Don't worry."

I opened the door, and that's when the youma tried to attack me. I grabbed the youma's arm, and flipped him, and threw him far away.

That's when I ran out of the house, with my pajamas still on, and activated the device that Hotaru gave me.

I quickly closed the door, and I said, "Star Power! Sagittarius!" And once again, I transformed into my alter ego. I jumped up to the tree and started to run to where I threw the youma.

I said, "Yes. Akira called me about this youma as well. This youma's tougher than any youma I've sensed. We'll need to work together if we're going to win."
