[[Okey. I don't have to make a new charcter up after all! nwn -happy dance- I can always bring in Lou if I really need to though, like if Wei for some reason falls off a cliff?]]

Wei's sharp gaze wavered. He couldn't see very well at night...especially now, in a place where the street lights were far from their prime form, flickering against the dark sky half the time. Holding his worn cigarette carefully, the dark haired man took one last drag, looking around quickly, one last burst of cherry red sparks burning up the end of the poorly rolled tobacco. Spatting out a stream of smoke, the young man flicked the dying stick to the ground, grinding in into the concrete with the heel of his boot.

He couldn't see very well, but he could hear someone making quite a racket. Sauntering towards the noise, Wei frowned slightly as he stared at the boy on the ground. "Oi, what the hell are you doing?" He asked, noting the teen's tense fist slammed up against the concrete (not to mention it was four in the morning) with a slightly bemused expression.

He looked up at the man and nearly jumped, his face colored with patches of pink. He hurriedly moved his hand, which was now sore from punching the pavement multiple times, to pull his thick scarf further up his face. He was always cold. And it wasn't even winter yet, it was only autumn. "I... I'm moving in..." he mumbled, staring up at the dark-haired man through his own bright orange bangs.

Cocking one pierced brow, the young man's frown deepened. "Eh... when exactly are you moving in?" He asked, looking around to see if there were any moving trucks around. He didn't see any... "Are you...are you sure you're supposed to be here?" He asked with a look of slight concern if not sympathy, rubbing his knuckles lightly against his not so smooth cheek. He need to shave...

[[Wah, sorry for the shortness, I have to go for a while. x_x; I might be back later today, like in a few hours, but I need to force myself to continue studying for exams. x_x;; ]]

He frowned slightly. "... I'm not sure... I was supposed to have moved in a few hours ago... but I doubt that I'll be able to move in for a while... for one thing, the land lord is gone... And for another, the moving company my parents sent my stuff to doesn't actually exist," he said with a scowl, his eyes fixed on the man's shoes as if they had done him some misdead. "This isn't the first time this has happened..." he mumbled almost to himself, his voice a mix of irritation and a sort of reseigned tiredness.

The young man took a step back to examine the irritated teen, who had every right to be angry at that point. He'd be ranting at any bystander if something like this had happened to him. What could he say? He wasn't very tolerant of people causing him problems. "Hm, well...that sucks," he muttered before continuing, "I live here, maybe you can get in touch with the land lord tomorrow morning if you don't mind staying with me for the night. You could also rent out a room somewhere, there's plenty hotels around here," he said, chewing idlely on his lip ring. He was going to break it one of these days... Eyes brightening slightly, Wei added with a sheepish grin, "I wouldn't try out those trashy motels though, probably not a good place for someone your age...hell, not good for me even."

Holding out a hand to the teen, Wei murmured, "So how about you get up and make some sort of decision, ne? Anything's better than hanging around an apartment building at night, on the ground no less..."

He got up and dusted off his pants carefully. "I suppose you're right." He smiled somewhat apprehensively. "I- thank you for the offer. I doubt I could afford anything other than a trashy motel room. I-if... if it's not a problem, I would appreciate if I could stay with you tonight." He yawned widely and added, "Especially since I haven't slept in over thirty hours... Hnn..." He bent down and picked up a small bag, the only luggage he had with him, and smiled wearilly.

Wei muttered to himself for a moment before nodding, "Yeah, it's perfectly fine, I'm just trying to remember if I have any milk...I guess I can always get some tomorrow morning..." And he was rambling again, to himself of course, wondering what t do about the breakfast situation. Ah, he'd figure it out in the morning, no use worrying over it now.

Shoving a hand into his dark jeans pocket, Wei quickly pulled out a plastic card with his name pressed neatly into it. "Follow me," he said with a smile, green eyes looking quite dark in the dim light. Sliding the card through a small metal slot with a careful flick of his wrist, the young man sighed heavily...only a little while longer and he could go to sleep...

Upon hearing a familiar click, Wei pushed open the door, holding it for the younger male. "Eh, so what's your name, kid?" He asked, senses obviously dulled by his lack of sleep to the point where he couldn't even determine that the bright haired boy was not exactly a boy...

He smiled gently and said, "Thank you," as he steppped through the gateway. He looked back at the other. "Oh, sorry... that was rude of me... My name is Liao, what's yours?" He had half-turned to look back at the other, who looked almost as tired as Liao felt. He smiled almost in spite of himself and returned his gaze to the hem of his shirt, which his hands were nervously twisting.

The lightly tanned man barely registered what the teen was thanking him for, holding the door open for around minutes before he realised with a yawn that the boy was long since through it. "Eh, name?" He had never had to actually think about his name, but tonight...maybe it was the indiscreet disappointment that he was taking some stranger up to his room instead of Haro, maybe it was the fact that he hadn't slept well the past few days, or quite possibly it was that all his adrenaline had been sucked up dry by his exapades during the night... He wasn't sure, but he knew one thing...and it wasn't his name.

"Uuh. Wei, er, sorry, I'm really tired," he mumbled, rubbing at one eye before showing the boy to a nearby elevator. Pressing the button next to level 3, the tall man leaned heavily against the elevator doors, stumbling backwards when they opened a minute later.

Regaining his usually flawless composure moments later, Wei gave the boy a sheepish grin, "Did I mention I was tired?" He said with a weak laugh, opening the door of his apartment with the same key he had used previously. "You'll probably have to tell me your name again tomorrow, I tend to daze out when I'm about pass out," he murmured with a whisper of a smirk, flicking on a light to the modern looking apartment.

"See the huge, disturbing looking windows?" He said, pointing towards an area that was scattered with a few bits of dark, leather furniture, but more importantly the wall of windows that overlooked the city. "Turn left, there's the guest room, the bathroom connects to that room, it should be pretty easy to find. My room is to the right of the windows," he explained with an almost habitual tone, jabbing his thumb towards the right before closing the door and locking it behind the two. "If you need anything I'll be in my room, if I'm asleep just smack me or something, I should wake up...hopefully," he added in a dry tone. Nudging the boy forward, Wei also showed him the kitchen, which was on the opposite side of the space, off towards the corner. Wei quickly muttered out an comment that he could had something if he was hungry before giving the boy a light pat on the back and walking towards his own room.

[[That was so weird. Gaia spazzed out on me for a bit there. x__x;;]]

((I know. I was like "what the crack is going on?!? o.O" Ah well... Dx))
He smiled bleerilly, following the man without question. When they reached the guest room after what seemed like years, he stumbled greatfully onto the bed, falling asleep almost the instant he hit the soft matress. His body instinctively curled into a ball, much like a sleeping cat, and the corners of his mouth quirked up slightly.

Liao woke the next morning not knowing where he was. At first he panicked but then he relaxed, remembering his meeting with the man... Wei, was it? He felt his way out of bed and then stumbled, nearly falling on his face, as he miscalculated the distance to the floor. He wandered around the rooms for a bit before he remembered where Wei's room was. He knocked shyly on his door, calling out, "Wei...?"

[[What the crack... XD Lmfao.]]

Unceremoniously sprawled out amongst twisted sheets, rid of any clothes save for dark boxers, Wei frowned at the soft voice on the other side of his door. Cracking one jade colored eye open, he grumbled viciously to himself. Pushing himself off his bed with much more effort than he usually needed to exert, the young man stumbled towards to his door. He was so tired.

Yanking the bedroom door open, the dark haired man lashed out, "I paid your god damn rent, leave me the hell alo- ..." Blinking rapidly, clearing his hazy green eyes, Wei sighed, patting the boy on the head with an increasingly look of realization dawning upon his face before closing the door.

Opening it quickly once more, the tanned young man muttered an apology, "Oi, need something?"

He nearly jumped back at the vehement reply and then seemed to recover. "Oh... did I... wake you...? Sorry... I was jus seeing if you were awake... I'm sorry..." He looked away, feeling exceedingly embarrassed. His hair was completely messy from sleep, his clothes wrinkled because he hadn't bothered taking them off. "I'll... should I... make breakfast...?" he asked tentatively.

Wei waved off the boy's question, "If you want, I don't really know what I have.... I have...no milk..." he mumured in a distracted sort of voice, brows furrowing slightly as he placed a hand up to his lip. Something felt weird. Muttering a curse or two under his breath, the taller male pulled his fingers back to examine them. He had forgotten to take out his lip ring, and his other assortment of piercings, which was a very dangerous thing to do when one moved around a lot in his sleep.

Scratching at dried blood from his lip, Wei carefully pulled out his piercings with a colorful, loudly voiced, mantra. <******** hurt like hell to take them out sometimes. Muttering to himself, Wei stalked back into his room, setting the variety of hooks, rings, and spikes on his dresser. Replacing them with simple studs, Wei scrubbed at his mouth, licking away the excess blood with a frown. Running a hand through his usually messy hair, the young man left his room with a tired sigh. Passing the raggamuffin of a boy, Wei placed a hand against his head while he did so. "Eh, don't be sorry. I needed to get up anyway, I don't think it would've been nice to wake up to a pillow full of blood," he said with a weak grin.

He nodded. "R-right..." He paused a moment, trying to remember where the kitchen was. With a soft "oh" he made his way to the kitchen and began to search for something he could cook with. Not that he would ever tell anyone, but was actually quite an accomplished cook. He searched until he found the ingridiants to make a salad, some omlet and toast. He began to cook, making sure to turn on the fan before hand just in case something burnt. The smell of cooking began to waft from the kitchen as he finally finished. He cleaned the dishes and set them to dry, carrying out two plates, looking around for somewhere to set them.
((He's so careful, so unlike Haro...))

[[Mother was using the computer. :3;; Poor Haro, his...mind wanders. >.<;]]

Wei should have had the decency to at least put on a shirt, but...he didn't. It was his home and he could do whatever the hell he wanted, no matter how uncomfortable it made his guests, usually weeded out the annoying ones, maming them leave earlier, too- which was always good. Leaning against the counter overlooking the small kitchen of sorts to make sure the boy...he couldn't, for the life of him, remember his name... Anyway, he kept watch for a few minutes to make sure the kid wasn't going to burn anything down before almost aimlessly fishing out silverware and sitting down in one of his few kitchen chairs that were neatly placed under his dark wood table adjacent to the kitchen area.

Gesturing for the boy to set the plates on the table, Wei set down a fork for the boy, scratching at his unfortunately more pronounced stubble with his free hand. "Eh, what's your name again, kiddo?" He asked with a small yawn, pulling up dark boxers that were currently dipping much too low for his liking.
