Hana simply smiled at Kageko's surprise. "Yes im the Otokage... but unfortunately i will have to leave you hear with a Crow clone while i go talk to someone... be back in a bit!" Hana said as he made some quick hand signs and summoned a Crow clone who switched spots and sat in his chair. Hana then went over to a window and simply made some hand signs and was gone in a flash of lightning off to a place in the village where he knew he would find someone.

Kageko simply sighed as she was left with a clone, it wasn't a sigh of irritation just a sigh of realization at how busy her friend would be now that he was Otokage. "By the way," she continued to talk to the clone as if he/it was the real Hana, "I noticed at the Curry shop that Vincente had a chunin vest on. Did you just make him a chunin? Do you have any idea how much he'll abuse that power?". Of course, she was simply joking. She knew that her brother was responsible... somewhat.

Hana's clone sighed seeing as it had all of the information that Hana had. "Yes i did just make him a Chuunin. he wont abuse that power. he might boast about it, but he wont abuse it." The Clone told Kageko as it folded up some envelopes then started to do more paper work while waiting for Kageko's reply.

Kageko simply laughed, "You know I'm just kidding, right?". Looking around the full office, the girl deemed that it probably wasn't the best idea to say what she wanted to say just then. Deciding to switch off onto another topic, she asked instead, "Hey Hana, I haven't really seen my sensei around for a while and... from the looks of the vest that Mint was wearing when I saw her leave the office she just became a chunin so... does that mean I have new squad and everything?".

the clone simply nodded at Kageko seeing as it knew she was joking. "Yes you will be given a new squad and everything... im not sure who your team mates will be... but i assure you that ill try to pair you up with people who will get along with you." The Clone told her as it finished a small stack of paper work and moved on to another stack.

Kageko nodded and leaned against a nearby wall, curious as to what will happen with Hana as Otokage. she thought happily to herself as she quietly watched the going-ons of the office, as eager as a little kid.

The Crow clone still just sat there and waited for someone to talk to him seeing as he had finished most of the paperwork and sent it out via a secretary. The clone fiddled its thumbs under the desk seeing as it was bored as heck.

Kageko stretched a bit as she sighed out of boredom. Absolutely no one in the office was attempting to talk to the Otokage. Kageko thought to herself, With that thought, she picked herself up from leaning against the wall and waved to Hana with a simple, as she left.

She remained unmoving, waiting for a signal to converse with the kage, dressed in the simple yet effluent Kimono, the large summoning scroll containor laying horizontally across the small of her back. The kimono was pure white, the edging in black and pink, and it hid all but her neck and head.

The clone sighed as it received information that the actuall Hana was in the hospital recovering from a fight he had. "Alright... i believe you have been waiting long enough." The clone of Hana told the young lady from Kirigakure and motioned for her to come forward and tell him why she was here.

"Lord Otokage, I am Outou Kurama, chuunin of Kirigakure and have come in hopes of acheiving good will between the two villages we represent." She raised her head, pink eyes soft and her normally blank face now caressed with a small, friendly smile. "Of course, I understand that this would have been acheived in a most more trustful manner if my own Lord Mizukage had come in my stead, but his appointment to his office is new and there are threats immenent to our village. I sincerely hope that I will be enough to aid in building the relationship between Sound and Mist." Outou spoke with a well educated tone, and her formal wear told of wealthy means at her disposal.

Castiel awoke from his slumber, dozing off when the new Kage was announced. "Otokage-sama, may I please have the Raiton Scroll, and the Sound Scroll?" He said in a childish manner. Of course this was all a joke to the teenager, as the headband rested over his eyes still. He was kind of liking being blind, and was able to use sound somewhat to listen in on other peoples, and his senses were semi-heightened because of his loss of sight, and becoming more adept to the others.

Suddenly the clone would poof into smoke as the Real Hana walked through the door. if anyone could see under his robes they would notice that he was in fact shirtless and they would also see some bandages tied around a recent wound. Hana simply sat down at his desk then pulled out two scrolls and tossed them over to Castial. Hana then looked straight into Outou's eyes and smiled. "Well. Outou. It is a pleasure to meet you. I am Hana Tsukikage." Hana told her as he then listened to her talk about the two villages. "I would love to build a stronger relationship between Sound and Mist. I would like to form a Peace between the two villages and allow our shinobi to travel freely between the two villages. I will of course have to talk to the Mizukage about this myself seeing as he is so busy. I will leave as soon as i can to talk with him, but it might be a while seeing as i to have recently been appointed the Otokage. The Sound village thanks you for making the long trip here, and I personally hope to see you again in the future if this all works out." Hana told Outou in a soft calming voice. Hana had been thinking about the Mist village lately so he thought it would be a good idea to form a stronger relationship with them.
