After picking herself up and fixing up the fish, Kiko set to work on cooking them, with a stick through each one. The fire had went down from bonfire to campfire in a matter of minutes, though Kiko sighed about it. "It was so big, and then...it fizzled down. Ah well. Um....would you mind if I took a look at your shoulder now?" she asked, blatantly curious as ever. San was snoozing inside the tent, and Ichi's coat was still drying on the branch.

There was a silent rustling, and Kiko moved closer to Ichi, well within his area of non-comfort. She inspected it-for all the world it looked like a tattoo, but there was just no way this boy would have the nerves to get one...especially since he was a host and normally the sand would keep people from touching him. Expert fingers traced along the dotted lines, looking for any abnormalities or possible medical mishaps. Kiko couldn't find a single one, though she was completely interested. She mumbled to herself, retracing the dotted lines and putting slight pressure against certain points, especially the fang-shaped areas. Something about Kiko seemed...different...than before. Shiso had seen it, once, and now Ichi could see it too, though he probably wouldn't understand it if he even noticed the change at all. Kiko was oddly quiet during the whole examination, and pulled her knees up to her chin, balancing herself on the log, still half-mesmerized by the markings. "Not a tattoo...." she murmured to herself, clearly thinking about it in detail.

There was another long period of silence, and Kiko turned the fish over, before turning her attention back to Ichi's shoulder. Something just wasn't right-it wasn't a tattoo, for sure...but it was raised up like one. "It's not a tattoo, is it? It feels like a tattoo though...slightly raised under the touch, but still smooth...." There was a look of complete seriousness around Kiko's face, though she looked more curious than anything, and that odd, different persona still lingered around her. She was acting awfully odd....and her face was red. Of course, Ichi was cute, and currently shirtless, so the odds of Kiko not flushing were...slim to say the least. It didn't help that he put off some weird, attractive vibe either...Kiko's attention wandered back to the fire, and her knees were still drawn up to her chest. "You...smell nice." It was a small compliment-albeit a repeated one-and it was hard for Kiko to speak at the moment.

Kiko nodded at the comment, and turned the fish again, staying silent. There was a breathy sigh, and Kiko muttered "Stinking pheromones..", before wandering back into the tent. San promptly came out, looking happy as ever. "Ichi!" Her tail thumped the ground as it wagged, and she panted softly. "Kiko...ok?" she asked the boy, giving him an odd lok. "Is...about...what...Shiso...said?"

There was a slight whimper, and some odd noises before the little dog responded. "Um...scent...phero...mones...Kiko...likes...Ichi? Shiso...said...it....is...fine. Like...her...and...Hiyo. Is...good...thing.....right?" San seemed about as confused as Ichi was, and she had been eating during that part of Kiko and Shiso's conversation. There were some parts that she remembered though, and she was trying her best to convey them to the boy. "Shiso...said...is...not...phero....mones...but...is...happy...feeeling?" She tilted her head slightly, giving Ichi a confused look.

"Is..complicate...feeling...maybe? Because...friends?" San's tail wagged, and she plopped down closer to Ichi, staying at his feet. Kiko came out of the tent, holstering a large textbook about emotions and the hormones that caused them. "Stinking book's no good," she muttered, before taking the fish off the fire. They were nice and brown, and Kiko handed a stick with a fish on it to Ichi. "Careful, they're hot." She muched quietly, reading as she ate. It seemed that the particular page she was on was about expressing feelings, and she flushed, knocking it off her lap. "Stupid thing. Doesn't give me any explanation for why I feel this way...." Kiko seemed...anxious for some reason. The fish was quietly consumed, and the other fish was given to San, who chewed on it vigorously.

Kazin had finally cooled all the way down. As Yuzuki remained quiet, Kazin understood that the conversation had come to a close. It didn't matter either way, but he was a little glad that it had. He already lost his temper and didn't want it to get ugly. Still, Kazin just wanted friendship. After finally getting into a squad, he was overjoyed to meet new people and befriend them.

"Well, it's really up to our guests. I don't have a problem at night, but not everyone can see chakra. Its really up to everyone but me." Kazin replied with his normal grin.

He tried to forget the recent conversation so he could focus on the mission.
