Distracted by Eric's comment, Roxanne looked back to warn Sheena but by then she was too late. The Lamia had already picked up all five idols. "Ssssshit." Roxanne muttered, watching in horror as the lamia's belly exploded outwards as if she'd just ingested a goblin grenade.

Knowing Mina wouldn't want a giant ice cube in her magic bag and the lamia was about to faint, Roxanne used the clawed hand atop her staff to knock the idols of Sheena's grasp and scoot them back into Mina's magic bag.

"Firin, catch Sheena. Shes about to blackout and the last thing we need her experiencing is a concussion on top of all this."

As swiftly as the pregnant paladin could, she leapt down from the bench and to the backside of the Lamia. "I gotcha Sheena." as Firins arms came under the her arms to hold her up. As she did though Firin became chilled the lamia was letting cold conduct through her armour. her children did not like this and started kicking,

Brillux frowned, great just what he needed a snake lady. The skeleton knight just ignored her not trying to pay attention to the scaled woman. He hated snakes, as a child he was attacked by some monster snakes and to this day, even though he was dead, he still didn't like them. And now it seemed she was pregnant too! Part of him almost felt like kicking her stupid rabbit thing too.

Cresstus spent most of his time riding along quietly. His mind filled with questions. To him it seemed rather odd for a lone male to be traveling with a group of pregnant women, unless they were apart of some harem of his Eric hadn't revealed. When the cart suddenly stopped it snapped him out of his train of thought.

Suddenly there appeared before the group a snow Lamia. He himself was surprised to see one, wasn't this woman's race supposed to populate the snow regions to the north? Most of time he had just watched quietly yet then once some strange idols toppled out of a bag his heart stopped.

That was it! The strange and malicious feeling he had been feeling the whole time he had been traveling with the group! He wanted to warn the young naga woman not to touch them but he was so frozen in fear of the dark magic the idols were eminating that all he could do was watch. Suddenly she had ballooned out to look pregnant herself then it was clear to him now.

Once Sheena had fainted Cress quietly stood and pulled a blanket from his pack. "Do not worry I shall take care of her Firin." he said kindly taking the naga woman from the pregnant Paladin. "We should be close to the forest, I'll stay here and watch over this woman as we continue."

The woman's body was cold, just as the tales of her race he had read and heard about. Gently helping Firin lay the unconcious naga onto the floor of the wagon, he propped his comfy traveling bag underneath Sheena's head and covered her pregnant body with a spare blanket of his. Gently placing a couple fingers upon the side of her neck Cress began to feel for her heartbeat.

"Good she's still alive, it appears she had just passed out. Eric, why didn't you tell me your group was traveling with 'cursed' idols?" he asked him as he was casting a small light healing spell upon Sheena. Focusing his magic he hoped it would help restore some of the fatigue from the naga's body. Glaring at the idols he bit his lip.

"To think, I would see some of the idols of the Fertility King. Where did you get those?" he said with concern as he kneel there.

"I-I see...well it's not that I wanted to ask. I just found it rather odd that Eric here was traveling with three pregnant women. I at first just thought you were all a part of a secret harem of his." Cress said with some light sarcasm.

"I'm not for certain but..perhaps I have an idea to what those idols are..." reacing into his bag he magically pulled out a book of old fables of tales. Flipping through it's pages he found what he was looking for. "Tell me Warlock, have you ever heard of the Fertility King? I believe everyone is taught about that part of our past history as a child. He's a mad king that tried to impregnate every young woman he could find to breed powerful heirs to take over the world, at the time. In here it states that he managed to breed a few heirs but their kingdom was in ruins by the time they were old enough to obtain it. He was put down with a sword by a group of heros and it is said that his dark breeding magic was lost..."

After reading the page he hands Roxanne the book, or well sits the open book on her large belly then points to the pages it shows describing the king and the magic, including some idols, he used. "I'm not sure if those idols are connected but they might be, especially if they impregnante women and were used in some sort of ritual." he stated looking down at the naga then back to the warlock.

(sorry I'm kind of letting creativity get to me. ^^; I kind of get carried away when it does, I didn't mean to take any major plots away from anyone else or anything. xP I'm still a bit sick so I don't always pay attention to what I post.)

Eric rested a hand on on his chin and hunched his back. "This isn't exactly the picture I have in mind if I had the notion of keeping a harem. I've soon learn from this experience that one woman is enough of a hassle." He muttered with a flat look.

Great, now they had yet another pregnant woman in on this situation, least it wasn't his fault this time. No one else can later complain to him for child support.

He was curious by this story though. He'd have to ask to borrow this book later, see if that ridiculous story contained anything about this just as ridiculous lance.

"Don't even think about touching these idols." Roxanne warned, scooting Mina's bag out of Cress' reach. "We won't be destroying anything until the wizards in town take a look at these things and hopefully reverse the effect. I've experienced my fair share of events during my life but motherhood was never very high on that list..."

(Don't forget to RP your villain Shade, some how shes gotta stop them from visiting the wizards.)

"I'm from Thorid's Pass, a mountain village in the northlands." She answered Cress' question. "So these things apparently were from a evil king eh? must have been the thing i sensed earlier, Mina's bag apparently dampens magic."

Noticing Sheena had awakened. Firin Leaned over the bench. "You okay Sheena? Its going to be a shock for a while. I know I was when those.... things effected me"
