ezzelinn Hunbaba ((A shikai is a pretty big deal if we think it clearly, as we notice in the bleach series barely captains had their shikai's fully mastered. And an extra fought if you think things throw this way then you're better off leaving the guild)) All captains have their bankai mastered, not only shikai. That's the requirement (although there are ways around it). And secondly, don't be disrespectful to other members. You are not the one to tell them to leave the guild. Not true, as Hitsugaya doesn't have his Bankai fully mastered, as he uses a new move when fighting Harribel. Edit: And actually the requirement for Captain position was to HAVE Bankai, not master it. Because they offered both Renji and Ikkaku the position of Captain, but they both turned it down to remain under their respective Captains.
