Seeing Selce efficently distract the farthest cultest Laren moved on to stopping the one that was running. The elf ranger took her aim carfully and fired a shot at the running beasts leg, attempting to cripple it.

Tjaden lashes out, filled with orcish rage!
1 The cultist masterfully dodges backwards, only taking minor damage and returns the attack, dealing minor damage to Tjaden
2-5 Tjaden's enchanted blade sinks into the cultist's scales, dealing moderate damage.
6 Critical hit! Tjaden's enchanted blade decapitates the cultist!
Results: The gods of luck were with Tjaden as his blade sliced through the scales, tendons and muscles of the dragonoid's neck. The cultist's head falls to the floor, its body following shortly after.

Laren attempts to cripple the cultist who is cornering Erron!
1 The arrow misses the cultist, the dragonoid is uninterrupted and deals minor damage to Erron
2-3 The arrow strikes the cultist, crippling him and dealing moderate damage.
4 The arrow strikes true, crippling him and dealing heavy damage.
Results: The arrow thuds helplessly against the stone wall as the cultist lashes out against the monk and deals minor damage.
Erron is now Badly Injured.

Kal attempts to re-engage the distracted cultist. (Backstab Failure, not Hidden in Shadows)
1 Kal's sword fails to pierce the dragonoid's scales.
2-3 Kal's blade cuts through the scales of the cultist, dealing moderate damage.
4 Critical hit! Kal's blade deals massive damage.
Results: Luck is once again not on the halfling's side as his blade clangs against the hardened scales of the dragonoid. Its crimson slits of eyes turned their hatred towards him once more. He begins to cast a spell!

Laren said to Selce as she noticed the Draconic casting a spell,"Aid Erron he is in dire straights," she then fired an few arrows at the spellcasting cultist.

The body of the cultist tumbled backwards, its neck spraying precious life blood as its head hit the floor by its feet. The liberator of the creature's spirit wasted no time, leaping over the body before it had touched the earth and landing heavily on the other side. Using the momentum of his jump, Tjaden launched into a knew charge, his Cobra stance in perfect form as he executed his Spitting Venom Slice. His sword arm pulled back behind the shield as he charge only to spring forward and upwards as he neared his target, aiming to dig the blade into the armpit of his opponent (edit), the cultist attacking Kal.

Laren sets several arrows into flight at the spellcasting dragonoid. If the attack fails to disrupt. He will cast Cure Serious Wounds and be only Barely Injured.
1 A single arrow hits. Minor damage is dealt. The cultist's disciplined mind ignores the damage as he finishes his spellcast.
2-5 Two arrows strike. Moderate damage is dealt. Spellcast is disrupted.
6 Triple strike! The cultist collapses, dead as his back is filled with arrows.
Results:...Riiiiiiiiight.... The cultist feels the sting of a single arrow piercing his shoulder. The dragonoid ignores the pain as he finishes his spell cast. His wounds mend as he is now only Barely Injured.

Kal knows that this is not his guy, nor does he have the situation in hand anymore and trys to run to the shadows that are cast by Tjaden's blade.
((Yeah... thought since he was badly injured, my blade could finish it... Suckish Dice gods.))

Results: Kal fades into the darkness as he enters the cool embrace of the shadows.

Tjaden attacks the newly revitalized cultist!
1 Tjaden's attack fails as the cultist springs out of the way and tears the knight's shield from his arm.
2-4 Tjaden's attack deals minor damage as the cultist reacts in time to partially dodge the attack.
5-6 The Knight's attack deals moderate damage as the cultist can do nothing but accept the blow.
7-8 Tjaden discovers Momentum, Critical hit, heavy damage is dealt.
Results: (Uh oh, Tjaden lost his mojo). The knight slices in, only partially grazing the dragonoid's side, dealing minor damage. The cultist attempts to cast another spell!

"Oh no you don't!" Laren said as she set several more arrows at the spell casting cultist. The elf knew things could have been going better, if only these arrows could land a blow...

Laren unleashes another volley of arrows. If she fails, the cultist will finish his spell and cast Lightning Bolt on Tjaden!
1 The arrows miss, and Tjaden is hit with moderate damage.
2-3 A single arrow hits, minor damage is dealt. Spellcast is disrupted.
4-5 Two arrows hit, moderate damage is dealt. Spellcast is disrupted.
6 Three arrows strike true! Heavy damage is dealt. Cultist is crippled. Spellcast disrupted.
Results: The cultist hisses in disgust as its spell fails when two arrows thud into its scaly back. It is now Badly Injured.

Kal notices that Tjaden is causing too much light near the dragonoid, if Kal did any more damage, it wouldn't be able to be directly. He went back to his trap and re-set it behind the dragonoid somewhere in the shadows. "Tjaden, Push the dragonoid down," Kal said from the darkness, attempting to stay hidden. He didn't need to be attacked again. He was already injured enough as it was. But, if Tjaden set off the trap, the arrows and daggers could do some decent damage.

Selce nodded to Laren but cursed since the others were in the way. She ran to the start of the chamber perched so she could see the dragonoid attacking Erron. She instantly began a LIGHTNINGBOLT spell, with all the necessary flourishes and components. She made sure if the bolt went through the dragonoid it would bounce harmlessly away. She finished her spell and with an outthrown hand focused on the dragonoid.

Selce casts Lightning Bolt!
1 The bolt singes the cultist, dealing minor damage. In response, the dragonoid turns to Selce and unleashes its acid breath! Moderate damage is dealt.
2-4 The bolt slams into the cultist, dealing moderate damage. The cultist remains focused on Erron.
5-7 The spell crashes into the dragonoid, dealing heavy damage, and the cultist staggers backwards.
8 Devastating strike! The Lightning blast fries the cultist. Instant death.
Results:The cultist attacking Erron shakes visibly as electricity ripples through his body. Despite being Near Death, he still remains focused on Erron.
