Nergal couldn't help but drool over the smell of steak. He cleared his thoughts as he got into position, then held his spear sticking straight upward. He thought for a few minutes, finally grasping the concept. "Alright, let's try this them!" He rushed forward, turning his spear down into the ground, swinging around into a full-body kick. He successfully sent the clone into the air, but as he came around to land on his feet, he slipped, and slid backward, losing his focus. "Well, first try I guess"
He pondered what he was doign wrong; he had the motions down, the timing and balance were correct. Then he realized, his angle was off. To successful spin into a landing without slipping, he needed to adjust his angle before his feet even first left the ground, so that, upon spinning back to land, his feet would be at a steeper angle. He stepped back, focusing again, holding his spear back upward. He charged forward, and this time, planted the spear at a slight angle, twirled around, his body perpendicular with the spear as he landed his kick. He twirled around int a hard landing, his feet firmly into the ground, and he whipped his spear up from the ground as he leaped upward toward the clone, as his spear hit the clone's central unit hard at an angle. The spearhead sent the clone flying as a blast of bubbled came from the impact, his spear having charged up with the power of the water while planted in the ground. "This works best with my spear combos involving my body, in conjunction to my best Froth technique. The focus of my energy in my legs was enough to lift and hold, while the planting of my spear allowed for ideal impact, as well as faster focusing of the water energy into my spearhead for my Froth Pierce, which delivered the second blow much more concentrated than simply using one or the other. Froth Ballista, I think I'll call it."

Xiaeriene smiled as she watched her allies successfully figure it out. She focused, thinking about her timing, trying to pinpoint exactly where she was off. Then she came to a solution. She could use an Icebolt Slam. She took her staff and threw two portions off again, then did a basic Icebolt charge with the remaining portion. She rushed the clone, and just before slamming her staff into the clone, sent a chunk of ice from her staff, leaped around, and kicked it hard into the clone at point blank range. The chunk of ice was effective, sending the clone into the air, and she doubled around in a single handstand, hitting the clone with the butt of her staff at the same moment the other two portions connected. The triple impact caused the clone to explode and dissipate. She had succeeded. She recombined her staff and landed on her feet "With just my staff, my timing could not be perfect. I needed to utilize my Icebolt techniques, and use one that best suited the chain of attacks, to get my timing correct. By using my Icebolt Slam, the power needed to raise and hold the clone was held in the ice and triggered by a strong physical attack, in this case a kick, leaving the staff in my hand to followup at the correct time with the other two portions, creating a single flow of power from three points that meet together in a superconcentrated form that damages from the inside outward. I guess you can add my Icebolt Tri-Split to the arsenal of moves we have at our disposal. So now what? on to round three? I'm famished"

Koori rose since it was her turn to do battle with her clone. It rose too, but instead of getting into a battle stance it just stood there with a cocky grin. "Are you sure that's smart?" It asked. "What? This is training. Of course it's smart." Without responded it fired of another question. "Do even love her?" "I-I don't know yet!" "Don't lie to yourself. You know you hate her. She's a pest. She follows you around where ever you go. Never a moment to yourself." "Will you shut up and fight? Of course that's all a lie." "Is it? What would she do if she fou-" "Shut up and fight." Koori cut it off. She rushed toward it. The clone quickly performed several hand seals and fired a couple of fire balls at her. Koori fell back into her shadow and dodged the balls. She came up from below the clone and behind her. The clone stepped on the face of the one below her. The new clone melted around her leg. The real Koori fired off a crescent kick to the clone's head. The clone blocked it. "Are you sure this is smart?" Koori dropped her leg and spun off for a second crescent kick from the other side. It hit the clone in the face. It fell back onto it's back. Koori caught herself in a hand stand. "What the hell are you talking about?" "For the child." "What child?" "The one you're carrying righ-" Koori fired off several chi blasts. The clone rolled back ward and hoped up dodging the first two and was hit by the third. It coughed up a mouthful of blood. "Stop lying!" She held her cool. She made several more hand seals and rotated her arms slowly around her. The clone got up and seven clones appeared from her shadow. As she finished the final hand seal four of the clones dropped into the shadow realm. The other four jumped up high. They made a box formation around her and all fired fire balls down at Koori. Four shadows were made below her as the balls neared. The four other clones jumped from them, balls of dark energy in their hands. They pulled their hands back into the chamber position and thrust the arm out and each fired a wave. The shadows changed as the balls neared. Koori dropped into it knowing she only had one shot. She left a clone to take the hit. A large explosion ripped apart all five clones in the blast. The other four landed as Koori shot up from a shadow cast by the explosion's light. She flew up high and fired her attack. A large bolt of energy sped toward the remaining clones. It exploded tearing through all four. Koori landed, and fell to one knee. She was breathing heavily, sweating profusely, and felt light headed. She reached for her side only to remember she was in her school clothes. She slipped backward and passed out. The attack always exhausted who used it. It took vital life energy to use, but always guaranteed a kill. Shizue rushed over to her.

Vain walked over to the buffet table, his arms feeling slightly numb. "I gatta admit, though we have the core down, it's got one hell of a kick back if you're not too careful with it." Grabbing a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper, he opened it up, chuging some of the soda. "Ah, the most important items in an Elementals diet: caffine and protien." Vain's eyes carefully examined the spread of meats; everything from burgers to steak, and even meat lovers pizza could be found. One piece of steak, specificaly caught his attention; it was a light brown on the outside, but still dripping in blood. "Nice, rare steak!" Not wasting time, in case Nergal or Xiariene wanted it, he grabbed a near by fork, stabbing at it. 'I wonder how their training with Shinagame is... I know she can be a real pain for those not used to her training methods, but I know they can handle it.'
Asuka wasted no time to rush over to Koori, her eyes fluttered about with worry. From where she was relaxing from her fight, she was unable to hear what was said amongst her and her clone.

Xiaeriene was over in an instant, grabbing a turkey leg in each hand, chomping away at them. She was extremely hungry after all of that, and she knew the best way to rejuvenate was to eat until you got sick. Or in her father's case, drink. She grabbed a 2 liter of grape soda and downed the whole thing in a few seconds, then resumed eating

Tenji Makashi Mahashi just smacked his forehead, sighing with disbelief. 'The point was to make them get used to fighting without powers, not make the move easier to use by adding powers... Oh well, can't be helped.' "There is more if you run out, I am not dubbed 'The Creator' for nothing."

Nergal was sending murderous glares at Vain the whole time he was eating the rare steak. He turned to TMM "Yeah, can you make some more of that steak so I don't have to reach down his throat and pull it out of his stomach?" He was always quite possessive and stubborn when it came to food, and he always expected to get first dibs on everything, and get as much as he wanted. He grabbed one of the turkey legs from Xiaeriene and began munching on what was left "Sorry, but you look fat in that uniform, you'll get fatter if you eat this" He laughed as he tore a chunk from the bone with his teeth

Xiaeriene threw a chunk of turkey at Nergal, hitting him in the face "You animal! No manners at all!" She threw a large slab or pork at him

Nergal took the piece of meat that hit him and ate it. He laughed, ducking as she threw the pork, causing it to hit Vain smack in the forehead. He laughed even louder "Jeeze, you should go on a diet, your fatass can't aim for s**t!"

Xiaeriene got up and callously walked over to a large rock. She drew her staff, and twirled around, knocking it hard with the butt, sending it upward, withotu using any added power. She planted the staff into the ground, lifting herself up landing a hard kick using both feet to the central point of the rock. It remained motionless for a bit, floating, then shattered into dust and pebbles. She landed swiftly, and turned to Nergal with a grin "Well, then, if I am fat, then let's see you pull it off better without using your power!" She knew that Tenji Makashi Mahashi had been expecting her to utilize the technique from the start, without her energies assisting her, but she was not able to concentrate enough before, with the food clouding her thoughts. Now that she had eaten, it was much easier to concentrate.

Shinagame raised an eyebrow down at Koori, not so much out of confusion, but more of taking a mental note. "Well... she's useless right now." She tapped her heel against the ground a few times, thinking of what to do. "We can't exactly continue training with only two bodies. So I guess I will have to put your training on hold for now." Severing the connection of the mental and spirit world, she brought the girls back into their bodies. Staning up, Shinagame stretched a bit.

Shizue sat up from her meditative position. She felt more energized and relaxed than when they started. She stretched her shoulders and looked over to Koori, who was conscious, for now. The color had drained from her face. She was sweating, breathing heavily, and shaking. Still in seiza, she grasped her knees, trying to catch her breath. "Heh heh... I'm really tired now." She wiped her forehead on her sleeve. "I could use a drink."

Nergal looked to Xiaeriene with the turkey leg in his mouth, then put it down and picked up his spear "Oh yeah!? Well then, check this out!" He walked over to one of the remaining rocks, and repeated the exact same technique he had done previously, only this time, he did not charge up, but instead concentrated fully of an intense physical hit. He successfuly knocked it into the air and landed much more smoothly this time, hitting the central point with his spear. It sat floating for a bit, then burst into sand and rubble. He turned to everyone with a grin "See? I can do it too!"

"Well, if Tenji Makashi Mahashi doesn't mind, I would like to teach a little something to these two myself." He looked over to Tenji who noddded in agreement. "Alright then, if you two are so eager for another round, then let's spar a bit, put that what you learned to some practicle use." Vain's shadow rose up next to him, morphing into an exact replica. "One of me for each of you."
