((This is very late, but good-night. xD ))
Ken's breathing had regulated a bit after Kiara had finished. He opened his eyes, covering them instantly from the sun. He groaned and sat up, wincing and gritting his teeth as he discovered there were still some burn marks. That little event had gotten the son of a b***h's control over him outta there. He turned, noticing Kiara on the ground next to him. He wished he could use his powers to give her energy, but unfortunately, he was incapable of such feats. "Kiara... I'm so sorry..." He grabbed a hand, but instantly turned it to see her burnt skin. He shifted slightly so he could get in a crouching position, ignoring the pain that racked his body.
Ken gently lifted Kiara up and began walking, hearing sirens heading towards the house. He was currently unable to teleport because of lack of energy, so him and Kiara were going to need to stay hidden for a while. He found a secluded beach and got out of the sand, near some greenery. He was breathing heavily from the lack of energy and how far he'd traveled with Kiara in his arms. It wouldn't have been a problem if he wasn't so exhausted. He knew that he wouldn't be able to stay conscious much longer, so he gently lied Kiara on the ground and fell next to her. "I can't believe... how... much of a fool I am... I'm sorry... Kiara... I really do... love you, though..." He fell face first into the sand, unable to move and slowly losing consciousness again.

 Coop peered out into the yard. 'Ouch,' He thought with a wince of sympathetic pain on his face. 'Dad is going to murder him,' Coop thought with a silent chuckle. "Just a second, lemme get my dad for you," He said, turning back to Hazel and his parents.
Hearing Hazel concerned for his safety and then the "Aaaw" that came form Mom after it made him blush slightly. He told his dad about the guy, and his dad walked out, exploding at the guy in a fit of anger after seeing his yard like that.
It was probably time for them to go, now. He told his mom he loved her, and said goodbye. He opened the door for Hazel, leading her outside, past the yelling father and the poor chap who drove into their yard.

 As Ski stares at the old man who is yelling and shouting with tremendous rawr and rage he notices this beautiful girl who was walking out with the boy who answered the door. Ski couldn't even utter words time slowed as she walked by him gracefully. In his head he thinks..~wow she look is stunning..say something Ski com'on do it just say hi..wait.. that guy..her boyfriend..dam! i can't say anything but i'll just smile.~.Ski smiles as she passes by hoping she smiles back then turns and turns his attention to the old man's vexed words"I'm incredibly sorry sir. I will come by and fix it or pay for it you or something. I live down the street I'm new in town".

Sera woke up from Kiara's pleas of a portal and a girl landing almost on top of her. She sat up and said to Damien, "Love, please bring the girl here. She looks as though she has been terribly frightened." She was going to calm her by using some of her celestial radiance. "She might be able to tell us what happened, if her spirit is calmed."--------------------------------------------------- The girl in the cute pink hat with a butterfly on it and matching outfit, groaned and then realizing she was concious tried to stand up and bolt, but she was so terrified that she was shaking and couldn't move.-------------------------------------------------- Saya didn't want to separate from Kradd, though she knew she had to when Kiara's presence had disappeared just before a human presence appeared just before a portal was made and Kiara's presence disappeared again. "Kradd, as much as I want to lay here forever with you....I think something is going on downstairs.."--------------------------------------------------- Hazel followed him outside, but then stopped. " Coop, I want to do something for your parents, before we leave, I need to go around the house.." She said as she headed behind the house. She mumbled a simple spell that even humans were once capable of if their hearts were pure. Realizing her hair had been down and she put it back up and then came around from the back and walked back up to Kradd. " I put a simple barrier around their house that uses the plant life energy around it. Anyone with ill intent on your parents won't be allowed to enter." she said feeling a bit more at ease. " I hope that this helps at least a little." She sighed, then said with a smile as she headed over to the passenger's side, glanced over at his father yelling at some strange guy, she laughed a little, then looked at Coop, smiling, " You're parents can be really scary, but they also seem really nice and caring.."

Kradd sighed, even though he knew that this moment was to come. He gently sat up and got off the bed, helping Saya, as well. He smiled and held her hand, interlacing their fingers as he led her out of the room and down the stairs.

Damien walked over towards the small girl and crouched down a bit. "Hey, it's alright. No one here will hurt you..." Damien flashed her a toothy, warm smile, hoping that it would be enough to atleast calm her down a bit. "Have you ever seen an angel, little one?"

 Kiara let out a groan as she pulled herself into a sitting position. She didn't know exactly how long she had been out, but she could tell she had been moved sometime while she was unconscious. Seeing Ken next to her, Kiara carefully rolled him over onto his back, wiping away any remaining sand on his face. Inspecting his body, she found that Ken was alright, just unconscious. That made Kiara sigh in relief. "At least he's ok."
That explosion gave her a scare. It was bad enough she had to watch Kradd explode into a million orbs yesterday, but to see Ken in that exploding house....She didn't know why, but the thought of Ken dying didn't sit well with her, even more so than the thought of Kradd dying. Why was that? Looking at her hands, she saw that the burns were slowly healing. That was the plus of being a healer, her body automatically healed itself at a faster pace than normal people, especially when she was knocked out. It also occurred to Kiara that she was stuck in Hawaii with Ken until he was well enough to teleport them back. "I hope everyone won't be too worried about me," she sighed.

The nightmares that had plagued him since he was level rose once again. He witnessed his father and mother being murdered before him, the sound of a crying infant in the background. The murderer lifted the gun towards Ken's head and then... nothing. He couldn't remember anymore past that point. He woke up to a gruesome scene; the murderers body completely flattened against the ceiling. The gore covered his body and the floor around him. He screamed...
Ken shot up in his sleep, breathing heavily and cold sweat drenching his body. He grabbed his head and sat there for a moment, completely unaware of his location. He glanced up, looking into Kiara's eyes, then out over the ocean. Oh, yeah, I'm in Hawaii... He sighed and looked back at Kiara. It felt weird since he'd actually confessed to her, but he would be able to handle it. That was the first person he'd ever said those three words too. "Uhhh..." Ken couldn't really think of anything to say. He felt like an a** for what had happened and putting something like his feelings on her mind.

"You're up," Kiara smiled slightly. "For a second I thought you'd be asleep for the rest of the day." Now that the danger had cleared, Kiara couldn't help but wonder what brought on that demonic attack. It wouldn't surprise her if the Legion attacked Ken because of her, it had happened before. Looking over Ken's bruised body Kiara let out a sigh, "I hope those demons didn't attack you because of me," she spoke softly, "If they did, I'm sorry."

Ken chuckled slightly and shook his head. "No, well, it might have involved you, but some of it's my fault. That's not something I feel like talking about right now though. So, I think this was my fault." He smiled warmly, bringing his hand up to his face and wincing almost instantly. His eye was still swollen and he was sure there were a few other cuts and the sort. "I must look pretty bad, huh?" His smile became a bit nervous as he glanced back out towards the ocean. "People at school are gonna think i got into a huge fight." Well, he had, but they wouldn't think it was from demons. "Ugh... Got work soon..." He fell on his back and stared up at the sky, placing his hands under his head. "Are you ok, Kiara?" He said quietly, glancing back at her face with a pained expression on his face. He knew she had fought to get to him and burned her hands trying to dig him up.

Saya blushed a bit as he interlaced his fingers with hers. She reached up and kissed his cheek before they headed downstairs.--------------------------------------------------- The girl in the cute pink hat with a butterfly on it and matching outfit, looked scared of Damien, though she nodded silently..-------------------------------------------------- Sera smiled, "if you come here, I can calm your fears.. You won't come to harm here. This place is a sanctuary." She patted the seat next to her. The teenage girl shook her head and Sera's eyes went wide with surprise as the girl disappeared in front of them. "Damien.. I really hope that girl that asked to go to Hawaii is alright. I have a feeling the girl that just left is heading to Hawaii.." She had a look of concern, but she knew that she could not leave outside of the barrier she had created for the safe haven for the Emim.

Seeing Ken's injury, Kiara smile apologetically, "Sorry, you were so badly injured I was only able to heal your more major injuries before passing out." When Ken asked if she was alright, she noticed he was somewhat looking at her hands. Lifting her hands to show him they were healing nicely she said, "I'm fine, they'll be fully healed by the end of the day. Um if you want I can heal the rest of your wounds later."

Kradd's face became a little warm as Saya kissed his cheek, but he managed to keep himself collected. Once they reached the bottom step, the girl had disappeared. "Huh...?" He walked into the living room and noticed two strangers on his couch. It was an odd sight; a devil and an angel together. Kradd made gave no impression that he was going to be hostile. He had a feeling they were on his side. "Who are you?"

Damien itched his cheek and looked around, confused and wondering where the teenage girl had ran off too. With the sudden disappearance of her energy, it was safe to say she could move between place to place instantly. "Hmmm..." He looked back at Sera and smiled, sitting down next to her again and coiling an arm around her waist. "It'll be fine." He kissed her forehead and turned his head to hear Kradd ask who they were. "I am Damien, this is Sera. We're here to help."

Ken waved her apology off, telling her it was unneeded. "Hell, this is mainly my fault. So, I should be the one saying sorry." He smiled as he looked into her eyes once again, making sure to watch for any lie in the answer for his question. He was glad that she wasn't lying. Ken shook his head at the offer to heal him completely. "Neh, with everything that's going on, you running out of energy is far worse than me with a few bruises." He closed his eyes for a moment, trying to think of what they would do next. "I guess, we'll probably go our seperate ways now, huh?" he looked up, feeling a little upset that things would go back to how they were before. He would have liked to stay with Kiara, but that was most likely not a mutual feeling. "Well, I'll take you home before I disappear." He chuckled slightly through his pain and stood up.

The girl in the cute pink hat with a butterfly on it and matching outfit, appeared right next to Ken and Kiara. She poked his shoulder as if making sure it was really him. She then practically pounce hugged him, though she was careful of his bumps and bruises.-------------------------------------------------- Saya blinked she knew that the two had been downstairs, though in her mind they had looked different.."You look differen't than what I have seen in my sight..." Her voice sounded a bit confused and curious.--------------------------------------------------- Sera smiled warmly, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Emim." She put her hand on her stomache. "I think the little one is going to be quite fond of you." She said a bit amused."

Kiara bit her lip in thought, would this really be the last time she'd see Ken? Remembering his confession, Kiara fought down a blush. She knew he really liked her, maybe even love her, but Kiara wasn't sure what she felt on the matter. Before she could continue on that train of thought, that blond girl appeared out of nowhere and practically pounced on Ken. 'She must have woken up and came back here for Ken.' Kiara thought to herself. Kiara also couldn't help but wonder what this girl was to Ken, feeling a tad bit of jealousy over seeing the girl hug Ken. 'Whoa what am I thinking?! It's not like he's my boyfriend,' Kiara scolded herself as she held down another blush.

She then looked up at Ken with a concerned look as she noticed he had some burns. She whispered something in his ear and looked at Kiara as she did so...and giggling.(((demon, i'll pm you what she whispered..LOL )))
