I pulled out a carrot luancher and started to shoot carrot juice all over the place. "Doing my job. Oh and i'll be right back." I pryed matts grasp off of me, and disaperd into the underworld. Landing with a thud in front of Ereuaka, i grabed a pink egg and shoved it in cyrea's face. "Now the thing is he's my son. And i also have the documents to prove it."

Matthew sighed, touching the ground, he followed his suit. He quickly whiped Cyrea's face. "Cyrea, as much as I love you, I suggest you just drop that s**t...Since Yata, nor Kyfen really wants you was the mother..Most of us don't. You've never been good with kids, and we all know it..."

I yawned then said, "If you havn't noticed i brought up a thousend kids, and they all had good jobs, but now they all reside here thanks to you. Good job Cyrea, and what legal kidnapping? If i rember correctly which i do you stole my son. And if i felt like doing anything, you'd be carrying me and kyfen around on broken legs for the next hundred years."

Eureka idly watched the scene play out, her hands curled in front of her over the small remote that would teleport them all out of her lab. The last time Cyrea had fought in her lab it'd taken years to get it all back into shape.
She manipulated her hologram until it was gliding near Matthew and through it she whispered for his ears only.
"You'll have to abandon thoughts like that if you're going to work for me, money is supplies and supplies are inventions. The words 'Property Damage' are very scary to me and if you're going to be in my employ you should avoid them at all costs."
She straightened in her chair and spoke to the warring gods in a soft but clear voice. "It seems we have a legal dispute here. So let's settle this in a nonviolent legal matter, shall we?"

I sighed then said, "Settle we won't. We might be gods true, but in turn we are still bound to the mortal courts and laws. And through them he is my son, and me his father." I patted Kyfen on the head and lifted him carefully then said, "I gots a new house, you wanna come and pick out your room little emperor?"

"Nah, I think we should just put you up against the door, Yata." Cyrea nodded to herself. "But, just to press charges..." Out of her back pocket, Cyrea pulled several pieces of paper. Unfolding them, she read out loud, "I, Cyrea Georgie Blackthorn, take full responsibility of the child Kyfen, and fully understand the terms of parenting said previously in this form." She folded them back up, though she had only needed one in the first place.

I turned with fire blowing out of my sockets and pulled out a 300 page long document. "And here is my Binding. I Yata Swift, here by accept and agree take Kyfen as my son, to give him roofing, food, clothing, and any necessities needed. And that’s just the first sentence. Oh here’s my legal signing, my blood signing and of course my blood seal. And on top of that I added in my word bound by The River of Styx."

Cyrea shook her head. "Sweetie, that's not a legal document for a mortal orphanage. That's for immortal orphanages. And it's a fake, as you can tell by the bad grammar and spelling. You don't own him. He's a person, and you were stiffed."

A flash, Silence. "Would you please just drop the Warp Shifters Eureka? They make it so hard for me to chart a path into here when a portal closes. Not that I can't do it."
Ixpath looked... Different. He had grey hair for some reason and looked about 50. And he was human. That was strange.
A glance or two around at the different seperations of people. "A little debate over who is the legal guardian of our resident ball of sunshine? I think that a legal debate is best. I'll administrate, Since i'm the only Lawful member of this court who has legal training. "
A wave, a flash. A spell that would take the average immortal a day to set up reduced to an instant. A courtroom suddenly set up out of lab materials and conjured wood.
Ixpath, in his old skin, his human skin, sat in the judges booth. Seats pulled out, and plaques appeared for each immortal.
Defendant: Yata
Prosecutor: Cyrea
Claim: "Ownership" of Kyfen, Young Immortal of (Scribbled out hastily)
Jury: Matthew, Eureka, Aqua((? Is she still here)) and Kyfen.
"I, Ixpath Ghulurak, Being of sound mind and body, cast aside my Lawful Evil preferences in favor of that of a judge.
Cyrea, Speak."

Cyrea nodded, then beckoned to the black cat, Gigi, who had been at Kyfen's side for quite some time, but had been unnoticed by all.
The cat nodded, and padded along the floor, jumping up onto the chair beside Cyrea. Then, with two claps from the unseen(probably himself), Gigi transformed into a man. Well...he was sort of a man. He was tall, bony, and pale, with spiky black hair with a smooth ponytail in the back, but that was mostly the only reason he looked human. He had too many teeth, and they were long and sharp. His tongue had bristles on it, he had yellow cat eyes(y'know, with the wacked out pupils), a tail, and sharp claws protruding from his elongated fingers. Then, he seated himself. "I will be standing as Cyrea's prosecution lawyer." With a shuffle of papers from a suddenly-there briefcase, he began. "My first question is directed at Yata Swift. Is it true that, under your eye, your child, Kyfen Swift, went through torture, and you went through no means to precaution safety against this, though you knew it was a possibility?"

Matthew sighed as he shook his head, glancing around the room. "This is pathtic.." he mummbled softly as he looked around, this seemed of the utmost ridiculusness...Yata, was clearly the honest ownder, dispite Cyrea's idotic documents, Yata was the one who actully provided for the boy. Cyrea wasn't fir for the job, she kidnapped the boy, and paid him almost no attention, they couldn't surender Kyfen to Cyrea. "Can I say something? Oh why am I asking, I'm go to weather you all like it or not." He got up sitting on the desk he glanced over to Cyrea. "Cyrea, in all due respect, Kyfen, you may have the legal documents for, but when you really look at it, Yata provides for him. He doesn't call you mom, he call's you Cyrea, because he doesn't look at you as a mother, there'd be a sooner chance of him looking at ME as a mother, or Eureka. He doesn't think you're his mother, and probbaly never will. This is just pointless. And it's pathtic that the two of you must resort to this. You both, yes, do have the documents signed, saying you're both the gaurdians. And you are, by god you are. But he doesn't look to both of you as parents. Yata, Cyrea, is his rightful father, blood or not. Your jst here incase something happens to Yata, so really the pappers you own, well there pointless in your possesion, because there is a great possiblitie, he wont get hurt...Or die. Or anything like that, and you know it. So is this really worth the time?"

Ixpath's skin burst into worms, crawling and chewing their way out. "Yes, there is. Now, CHILD, unless you wish to tamper with forces beyond your control AGAIN, i suggest you leave these proceedings alone. There is a cosmic power struggle engaged around this boy, and he will have FAR more effect on the universe than you or I! If you would care to listen to the people who have actual legal or magical training, then i assure you you will find proof. For example. You were his apprentice until very recently. Having observed his behaviors, i can tell you he is not fit for raising a child, especially one so important to the fabric of reality. I assure you that Cyrea, even with her quirks and.... oddities, would be a better parent than one who believes in nigh-constant battle, has no effect on the forces of good or evil, and has no respect for order. In fact, Eureka would actually be a decent mother, unlike this fiend who allowed his ward to be tortured, dimensionally shifted to the plane of Unreality which could have unmade him, threatened his apprentice and made his apprentice follow ridiculous tasks. In fact, even I might be a better parent than Yata, or at least on "Par" with him. I know for a fact, given my relationship with Cyrea, that she has raised THREE children. And, if all else fails, it would be easier to pass it onto Mei, who is certainly the best parent. Now, unless you cease this nonsense, i will have to silence you by force!"
Ixpath wavered and again became the old man. "Yata, do you have a defensive statement? If you attempt violence i will have to stop you."
