Fisk took the papers from the doctor and began looking through them. His eyes narrowing once, then he flipped through them again. Then once more to make sure he was reading everything right.
".....well..." he said quietly to himself. "I doubt I'll have much of a problem keeping her here." he said, then looked up at Yuriko. "Very well done. Was there anyone else with her at the hospital? Anyone I'd need to be watchful for incase they come looking for her?"

((Enter Misty's Knight in Hawaiian Print Armor, the Wit himself, C.J. from Gotham City.))
Ahh, Fisky-neighbor? "They" have arrived. All ONE of them!
The Batmobile popped out of the subway station about ten blocks away from Fisk Tower. C.J. was now sweating like crazy. "That . . . that was a close one!" he said to himself. Hey, at least the cops think you got hit by a train.
"That close huh?"
Yup.
Anyways, leaving the Batmobile in an alley (and putting an anti-theft bar on the steering wheel) he snuck across the street and up to the building, sliding out of sight . . . or as out of sight a man in shorts, barefeet, a cowboy hat and hawaiian shirt could. The only way that'd be a disguise was if Fisk Towers was in Margaritaville.
"Hey, watch it with the Buffett references. Jimmy might sue us!"
No he won't. Unless this becomes a comic book. Now hush!
He was about to slide around the corner whe- what are you doing?
"I'm climbing the rain gutter to enter the ventilation system. Don't you watch movies?! This is how the good guy breaks into the bad guy's hideout, rescues fair lady, kicks the bad guy's a**, and I meet Arell for drinks!"
You twit! That NEVER works except for movies and comic . . . books . . . well, knock yourself out, kid.

Yuriko shrugged at the crime boss, "Just the man in the Hawaiian shirt that seems to think he's from an American TV show. When I found Sapphire Spider, he was there with a pile of Gotham's finest unconscious on the floor of the room. I can only assume he is the one who drove the Batmobile in the video I sent you."

"What the hell?! Did she read that last message?!? Great, she's a wall-jumper!!"
Okay, you need to stop over-reacting, Benoit. Hell, you drive like Burt Reynolds and dress like that guy from Magnum, PI. OF COURSE SHE'S GONNA THINK THAT!! She's probably not that aware that you're UP THERE!!
"Shut up . . ."
C.J. had just shimmied up to one of the entrances to an air duct. Squeezing himself in, he now tried to move forward to realize he was lost . . . and stuck.
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-!!!!"

Fisk hummed thoughtfully to himself and looked back at the files in his hand. "Hmm...I'll have to make sure we keep a look out for him and the vehichle then. I'll assume that he was the reason for the pile of Gotham's finest on the floor." he said, then looked back up at Yuriko. "Very well done. Provided no one comes looking for her, it should't be a problem for me to keep her here....willingly." he said, then pressed a button on the side of his desk.
A moment later, a man walked through the door with a briefcase. The man walked up to Yuriko and opened it so that she could see her full payment inside.
"I believe this is what we agreed on..." Fisk said, gesturing towards the money.

Meanwhile, still up in the vents, he finally got himself free and was crawling through the vents. However, this "going undetected" was in need of some work . . . at best.
"Doggone sonuva -HACK COUGH!- Why don't he clean these ********' things?!" he wheezed as he maneuvered around the tower until he unknowingly was right on top of where they were detaining Misty! Of course he didn't know tha- hey, what was that rumbling sound, Benoit?
"That . . . that didn't sound good!"
That was when the duct started giving away and soon . . . got C.J. on a nice little drop down below.
"God-dammit, not agAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaiiiiiiin!!!!!!"
CRASH!!!!
He landed on the floor right next to Misty, laying there for a minute.
" . . . . Ow."

Lady Deathstrike smiled as she looked on the amount, "This looks good to me. As always, nice doing busness with you, Mr. Fisk. If there is nothing else, I shall take my leave." Yuriko bowed respectively to Kingpin.

"Of course." Fisk began. "I believe you've earned-" he said, then stopped abruptly when something on a computer beside him caught his attention. A small box beside the screen was flashing red. Fisk looked at it for a moment, then turned to switch on his security feed.
This was a man who had Spider-Man visit him on a frustrating number of occasions in his own home. He might not be able to do much about the ducts that were between floors...but he had sensors built into the ceiling and walls.
And a few tiles suddenly being smashed from the ceiling in the newly flagged hospital wing were certainly reason enough to alarm the system.
================
Misty, luckily or not, wasn't awake to see CJ's graceful arrival. She was still out cold, lying on the same hospital bed she had been on before. The new difference was that it was wedged between some of the tables in the middle of the room. The bed was locked in place with clamps and straps, and Sapphire herself was strapped to the bed by her wrists and ankles with metal cuffs.
The guards standing outside the door of the room...however...were awake to hear the thud that came from inside.

C.J. got up, shaking himself off as he got the dust off him. Goddamn stupid idea of mine. Who the hell even DOES that James Bond stuff?! he thought, moving the ceiling tiles away and looked up at the duct. "Well, if that last post is correct, I'm gonna wind up in deep trouble for that . . . the s**t I do for love." he monologued with a shrug and got ready for the guards. If he can get them . . . that's a start.

The door opened, and four large men in suits walked in. CJ was the very first thing they noticed, then the ceiling above him. Each one looked at him, then pulled a gun out of their vests and aimed them at the intruder.
He wasn't wearing a costume, so they weren't that worried about him. Just some guy who'd managed to get into the ceiling somehow.

Well, four guys, your unconscious on-again off-again love interest out cold and you just entered through the vent and may get beat up by four guys. Whatcha gonna do now, Benoit?
"Hmm, I'm gonna have t' use some strageddy . . . and if it all works out, then I'm gonna go to Disneyland . . . wait, since they own Marvel, it's cool to say that, right?!"
Well it's a little too late now. Quick get the lights!! Wait . . . now what're you doing?! Is he?! Hey, where'd he get that broom and the construction helmet and why is he shoving the men out the door!
"Listen, ya mooks! This room's under renovations! You can't just barge in here willy-nilly like this! Now out, out, OUT, the lotta' ya!!!" he shouted, shoving them out the door and spray painting sign for them to see . . . hang on for a second, I have to read this . . . what?!
Don't open 'til Christmas?! Does that dumb knucklehead really believe they're gonna fall for THAT?!
"I can hear you, dude . . . and I'm thinking!!!" he said back over the fourth wall.

The men did try to protest, but CJ had them out the door before they could do so much as pull a trigger. Once they were out the door, they turned around and tried to go right back inside. Unfortunately for them, it was locked, and they knew no matter how much they tried to break the door down, it wouldn't. The place had super heroes visit after all.
So instead, they opted for trying to shoot the lock off of the door.

And when the door had reopened from the lock being shot off, the four found C.J. waiting on the other side with the head of the broomstick off and looking very, VERY grumpy.
"Listen, assholes, CAN'TCHA READ?!?" he growled, pointing the stick at them. Uh . . . C.J.?
"Yes?"
They have GUNS.
"And?"
He started spinning the stick around, getting ready to start the fight up. Well, it's a good thing Misty isn't up to see this. I don't think she'd appreciate you getting the snot shot out of you in front of her.
"Well, aren't YOU a great motivational speaker, aren't you?"
