Let me remind you that the weapons are there for you to RP with.
You can choose to fight without a weapon, but your attack would be the normal 1-3. How you choose to fight without a weapon is up to you. Throw a book for all I care or use a plastic bag to suffocate people. Just don't expect your attack to be modded when you fight bare handed without the listed weapons. Martial Arts is up for debate as an ability, but by default no one knows it. If you want to deal damage, use the number generator.
If you have a weapon equipped then you're welcome to mod your attack.
Naia, you forgot to put the rules about same number attacks and how you can escape when that happens. You also forgot the rules about running away.
