Tolly woke up about 3 hours after Ive left, and as he sat up he noticed the room had emptied save for Lisa and Roothemay who had come back. "Where is Ive?" Lisa shrugged; "We passed them leaving the village, Carnath was rather shocked she was leaving considering you asked her to stay, but none of us was about to ask considering she was being moved along by those two healers she brought with her."

Tolly got up; "I wanted her to stay with me for when i woke up, not be wisked away before then, and well this is going to be an interesting argument."

Roothemay shook her head; "Why are you going to argue with her, obviously if she didn't want to go i doubt they could force her, and the logical solution is she went willingly with them."

Tolly growled and went outside; Carnath caught up to him. "Yo, pop, listen I think you should know Ive really didn't care to much to be around Doris." Tolly stopped and glared at Carnath; "Yeah I'm just now figuring that out, but now we need to do something to undo the mess i caused."

Carnath held up the jug; "get them drunk?" Lisa rolled her eyes; "Carnath, does everything in your life revolve around alcohol, and their educated healers obviously not going to let their judgment be comprimised." Carnath laughed; 'Well it was worth a shot, however i'll just go and stop them from crossing over." Lisa muttered; "Make sure you have a valid excuse when you stop them."

Carnath took off for the Arynia gateway, and parked himself in front of it closing it down. His excuse was that given the traitors still within Arynia, they were executing a campagin to weed out those still trying to escape to cause trouble elsewhere, and prevent more incidents like those that happened in rodasia.

The large crowd of people stacked up behind him waiting to go through surely drew attention from Isabella who was making her way down from the palace to see what was the problem. Tolly, Lisa, and Roothemay walked by right as Isabella and Sorrow came out and Tolly brought her up to speed on what was going on. Isabella just gave Tolly a dirty look; "So your making everyone else suffer because your girlfriend is going home, Tolly this is stupid, you cannot go blocking up the gateway like this whenever you want, and now that there is a crowd forming just how are you planning on spotting her?" Tolly shrugged; "Haven't thought about that yet, but I'm confident the plan will come to me when I get there." Sorrow stopped and looked at Tolly, when everyone stopped a short distance ahead of her turning to look back she gave tolly and odd look. "You lived this long with that sort of planning?" Sorrow asked the question as she caught up and Tolly looked down as they started thinking of an answer, but the only one that came to mind wasn't really an answer.

"I can say I was lucky, but my sort of planning killed your mother. It killed Ilyssa much more slowly, and has led to this major downturn for the people of Arynia." Tolly, Lisa, Roothemay, and Sorrow kept an eye out for Ive as they passed through the crowd of angry people. Once they got up to the front Isabella waved Carnath to lower his head and she climbed on. Carnath raised his head and Isabella was now above the crowd.

She raised her hands out to quiet the crowd down. "I must apologize for holding you all here, and Carnath will be moving here in a minute. I however need to speak with a Ive Ikenie. So if she and her party would please step over to the side and speak with me I would much appreciate it." Carnath stepped aside and lowered his head so Isabella could hop off, and the mass began to move through the gate.

Isabella's mood soured greatly as she turned to face Tolly; "Don't ask me again, and don't block the gate again Carnath. I'll throw you in jail, and the person you name that told you to do it." Isabella looked at Ive; "Tolly wished to speak with you, so I take my leave, and so will the rest of you."

Isbella walked away with Sorrow towards the palace, Roothemay and Lisa left next, and Carnath stepped around people to get away. Tolly stepped forward speaking calmly; "I was really hoping you would be there when I woke up, because then Maybe i would have the chance to say goodbye or even thank you for going the distance to save my life."

Tolly stopped when he was squared up with Ive and looking directly into her eyes still speaking just as calm like before. "I don't care how pissed you are, and you can hit me after i'm done talking to you. I have already been stabbed through the guts so what's a broken jaw to that kind of pain. However, back to the point at hand. Thank you very much for saving my life, and the sacrifices you made as a result of that. I also wanted you to stay so you could hear it from my lips that i don't want to waste this effort by jumping right back into traveling. I'm going to take a few days and get well rested, and then come back to visit you. I'm sorry I messed up your trip home, but I wanted to make sure you didn't get any wrong impressions if I didn't see you for a few days."

"I find this method a lot easier then sending a letter, just so you know, and i'll be sure not disobey doctors orders. I could use a vacation to spend a little time reading."

Tolly worked his way around the edge of the crowd , and waited for Ive to get close before pulling her into the abandoned toll both and pulling the roll blind down he gave her a good kiss on her cheek. "Safe travels Ive." Tolly let his grip lighten so if she wanted to go she could.

Tolly shook his head; "We'll cross paths again before a few months time. However, you're in a hurry and i shouldn't keep you any longer, but you made and offer i cannot refuse."

Tolly smiled and leaned in for a tight hug.

"I'm already started there Ive, but I'll probably expand it some since i still have a few underage yet."

Jezabelle and Akira came through next two of maybe a dozen that returned so far. Jezabelle was silent, and she fiddled with her dress for a few steps. Akira grumbled about her two older brother picking on her, and Tolly listened to this as they passed by the booth and noted it for later and he focused on just sharing this moment with Ive.

Akira walked jezabelle all the way to Toole's, and Jezabelle waved to her before placing her key in the lock of the front door and opened the door. She closed it and locked it behind her and set the bag off to the side as she headed back into the kitchen. Noting the time she began to prepare the tea for the morning; and once the water was on she returned to take the bag up to her room. her start up the steps was like going silent each foot step was taken with great care so it wouldn't echo. Jezabelle wanted to be sure and not disturb Toole and Ailes sleeping especially since they had such a hard night.

She tossed the bag in her room and walking back downstairs she pulled out the tray and began wiping the dust of the items and filling the sugar and cream servers. Once this was done she returned to the water and it was near boiling. So with the few minutes she had left she took the covered bowl and placed it a place where it was cool enough so it would be fit to eat later.

She made the tea filling the large pot on the tray, and lifting the whole tray up to smile at the clock. Right on cue, even with all this time away she managed to make her first day back start off right. She used her key in Toole door, and coming inside set the tray down quietly and quietly began her retreat for the door.

Ive felt the tears beginning to well up in her eyes, but forced them back while she ran her fingers through Toleranth's hair. she was enjoying this moment too much and she knew the longer she stayed the more reluctant she would be to leave. her hand wandered from his hair to his neck, to his face where she caressed him for one last kiss, then pulled away, "I'm afraid I must be going... I would hate for them to expose us... I'll leave first and make sure it's clear, then you leave a couple minutes after me... alright?"

She gave him a funny look, "Darling... My hair is always messed up... have you no eyes?" she giggled and shook her hair and ruffled it up, "Well, I'm off... I'm still pretty sure you won't see me for like four to six months..." she gave him a quick peck on the lips and dashed out the curtain.
