seeing asha fall, they insantly picked her back up again. "are you ok little one? you need to be more careful now because you are in danger." their voices a mix of eva's song like one and eve's soft yet angry one.

(( The possition Ashie seems to think I'm holding her as is well known as the wedding day over the threshold carry. instead of my carrying her over my shoulder.....seems like our love is equally matched Ash. ^_^))

Seeing that Asha had fallen Michael slowly bent down to help her up only to be met with Evaline. 'Shes quicker than I remember.' Thought Michael and Sebastian at once.

"Adam is tainted." Said Michael. "But if Adam's spirit were to be seperated from it's host I'm sure he would return to his normal self and would wait for you in Heaven." As he said this his features slowly started to change and his voice to heighten in tone. "The only way is for Seba- ....I mean me..... to defeat Adam." Now Sebastian was fully formed. He held out his hand and his sword returned to his hand. "Now I'm ready to take on Adam." And as he said this the holy ground ceased to protect them. "It is as I feared. Even The greatest of the holy cannot match this Evaline......We must end this age old battle here and now.......The earth cannot take much more of this and God grows impatient."

"Ambrosia, you know I cannot fix you," Rafael responded softly. "It is your destiny to go through this."
"But why? Why was I chosen to carry such a burden?" Ambrosia asked. Yet, as she spoke her voice became distorted. Rafael then knew the time had come.
"For such a time as this," he murmured as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small black marble. "Swallow this," he commanded. Ambrosia stared at the small object, knowing it's purpose.
"I can't. I wont!" she protested, her voice becoming much less her own.
"You must fufill your destiny. Don't make me use force."
"I don't need help completing the task I was brought into this world to do," Ambrosia said speaking in a voice that was all but her own.
Suddenly there was an explosion causing the room to be filled with black smoke. Thousands of long black feathers fluttered to the floor as the smoke cleared revealing Rafael skewered to the wall by several of the feathers. In Ambrosia's place stood a woman with two large, black feather wings protruding from her back. Her hair as red as the fires of Hell and her eyes were as dark as the depths of the ocean. She stood erect as if in a position of power and wore a long gown that flowed with all the grace and elegance of an angel. Yet, she was no angel. This was Lilith, and, sensing the rapid change of events, had decided to finally come out and play. She floated over to Rafael.
"Do not worry about the child," she responded to his thoughts. "She is only resting. Once I have completed my task she may have her body back." With that, Lilith flew out the window in search of her Adam.

(( Actually, my group of friends... we're very hugging and feely. We attack each other and glomp one another all the time. This includes picking each other up. When you say picking someone up I assume that's the style you mean. sweatdrop Sorry. It was just the first thing that came to mind. sweatdrop ))

"we can sense her coming, do not worry for us. evaline replied. "but first we must go to adam. he is waiting for us, michael. he is waiting for you as well." they said calmly. "asha will not be hurt if we bring her, but we have to take her with us."

"i will see you when you get there" evaline said as she dissappeared into a black mist.
reappearing behind lucien/adam "so what are you up to little pet?"

"awww..... you injured." they said, noticing the red feather that fell. "want me to help you with that?" Evaline said, cuddleing up to adam/lucien.

Ambrosia, now Lilith, soared across the sky in search of Adam. Her wings cast dark shadows on the world below. 'Where could he be?' she pondered. 'Have I awoken before him?' She searched for a sign, anything, that could be of his. Over rooftops and streets of screaming people she flew, her search being fruitless.
