"I'm sure. It wouldn't solve anything anyway. It's pretty easy to just not have a boyfriend when you don't have a choice, but when you finally meet a guy you like? I just don't want to be alone forever. And I don't want to hide or lie about any relationship I have forever. I guess I just didn't expect I would be doing anything about it so soon." Teddy grins sheepishly at Serrenedy. "But you'll be the first to know if I get cold feet and decide not really having to do it myself sounds like a pretty good idea."

[Anybody heard anythign from Kryptonite lately? I replied to her post a while back, and haven't seen her since....]

Anita looked quite grateful as she left the bar and hurried home. Once safely inside her apartment she got out of her clothes and got in the shower. She could still feel Jean-Claude's hands on her shoulders. Those nice, cool, hands... attached to arms that led up to those delicious shoulders...

She shook her head and turned off the hot water. Cold shower, that's exactly what she needed right now. Freeze those thoughts right out of her head.

[Sorry, I just don't know how to adequately pull off a Jean-Claude act. Stubborn, short, and short temper is closer to the real me, which is why I asked to play Anita in the first place. LOL]

After standing under the water long enough to make herself shiver, she got out, dressed for bed, and set her alarm before finally climbing between the sheets and falling asleep, completely unaware that there was a fairy hiding in her coat pocket.

As if she had never even been asleep, Anita lashed out with her hand as her eyes suddenly opened. She sat up, a .45 pistol in the other hand. It tooka split second for her to realize that the intruder was a fairy. "What the hell are you doing in my apartment?" Anita asked Cleopatra.

Anita groaned. That's all she needed right now, a fairy to irritate her every waking moment. And the little annoyance was going to read her diary too? Oh, hell no, that was not going to happen. Anita picked up the diary and walked over to her closet. Good thing she had gotten that safe before she had gone on her vacation to store her Hunting gear in. She turned the combination lock a few times before opened the door. She tossed the diary in, and then shut the safe, making sure it was securely locked. She looked at the clock next to her bed. Half an hour before she had to get up for work. No point in trying to get any more sleep. She walked quietly to the kitchen and started brewing up some coffee.

Anita sighed. "No, I don't have a thimble. Let me see what I've got..." she said and looked in the kitchen before scouring around the house. The best she could find was an empty bullet cartridge. She washed it out, making sure it was clear of any powder that could have been stuck inside. She then poured a few drops of coffe into it and handed it to the fairy.

Anita then poured her own cup, adding jsut a touch of cream and sugar. "Give me a little bit to wake up and I guess I could make us breakfast... but you cannot go with me to work, understand?" she said in a serious tone of voice. She didn't even bother to bring the volume down. Would serve the fairy right for going out and getting so wasted.

"Cleo, I'm a necromancer, not a miracle worker." Anita said with a sigh. "The best thing for a hangover is coffee, vitamin b-12... though I don't know where to find some in a dose for someone your size... a warm shower, food, and lots of rest." She then took another large sip from her coffee and and started getting down dishes for breakfast. "Doctors recommend toast, scrambled eggs and bacon to eat after getting a hangover." she said as she got out what she needed. And she didn't bother trying to /not/ make any noise. "You did chose to go out and get plastered, it's your own fault, you know."
