Your scythe can be absorbed but its still bad for stealth combat. The idea of the knife was that it is small and highly manueverable. Scythes are big and if an enemy gets too close your screwed.

Draden: *looks at Elcia and Kagura* 3nodding Why are you all so resistant? O.o

Marcus: Elcia I don't reccomend the sun burst move to blind enemies. because machines could have a resistance to it and if they are prepared for flash grenades then they will at least have a good chance to fight back.

*He opens the glove compartment and gets out some sheath knives that had a very sharp serated edge blades but the blades themselves were black and showed no glare or reflection. he gives one to everyone despite if they wanted it or not*

Elcia I will come back for you all but I also have to know when to come back. if I sit there on the road for too long then Zenakus soldiers will become suspicious and I will accidently blow your cover ^^; So here are some more pieces of equipment.

*The vines come up from the seats and they shed a leaf for each one of them*

The best communicattions plan there is ^^ Roll the leaf up and stuff it in your ear. as long as there is wind then we can talk to each other.

Draden: ok.....*he stares at the leaf* Now i see where the resistance was comming from sweatdrop *He rolls up the leaf tightly and stuffs it in his right ear*

Marcus: if it starts blocking your hearing from other things then you might need to adjust it. *he gets out a manual*

Draden: They have a manual on how to stuff leaves in you ear? O.o

Marcus: That and how to drown a fish.

Draden: O.O ....................

Marcus: First start by folding the leaf in half, the leaf should not stick out of the ear.

Draden: Damn -.- *Starts redoing the leaf*

Marcus: after folding it you tightly roll up the leaf stem first and then gently you push the rolled up leaf into your ear. now you have the plantations leaf completely installed and it can be used just like any modern walkie-talkie or cell phone. These leaves should be compatible with any kind of magic 3nodding

((Sorry if i'm being a bit jerkish . the idea of the stealth mission was to be completely foreign and difficult for the team, a good reason why I got rid of Viral for this mission, so if this is completely against your characters type. Well, now you know ^^; I just want to bring a new concept into play 3nodding ))

Elcia pockets a knife, "Oh, we're fighting machines?" Kagura's comment made her almost laugh; there was a little amusement in her voice as she started her next sentence. "I think I'll go with Kagura on that one. No self respecting elf willingly allows anything to be placed in the ears. Jewelry goes on the ear which is different, they are just too sensitive. I assume Belle will say the same thing." She looked at their new feline companion. "I'll wear it like one of those head phone things that wrap around you ear though. I'm already an expert at making my hair hide my ears so no one should notice."

Cthugarai takes the knife, looking it over with a little disdain, and the leaf with one of perplexity. "I'm not too sure I can use this thing," He said turning to Marcus, "I don't even HAVE ears. If I'm ever in the need to use the knife I would be loosing my touch, I raised myself on the streets full of people who hated me, stealth was survival training for me. I also don't think my weapon will be a problem." As he said this the sword liquefied and flowed around his arm all but disappearing under the scales on his forearm. "The darkness has been my ally for many a moonless night."

Kagura scowled at that last comment. "Looks like you want us to get killed!" She shook her head in anger, and tightened her grip on her scythe. "I'm not resistant! I'd rather die and be dead than go deaf and still be alive!"

"Now now. Let's not start arguing." Elcia said getting a little flustered at the though of having people argue. "We need to be able to work together."

Kerrigan rolled her eyes at the fighting going on around her and simply popped a leaf in her ear.

"Comfy," she commented lightly, with a slightly sarcastically pointed glance at the others. "Oh wait, no, I should be screaming in agony right now, shouldn't I? Come on you guys, it's not bad at all. Quit being such drama queens. I thought that was my job."

She thought for a moment. "Don't you remember how Zenaku was when he attacked us? Totally confident that nothing could hurt him, you know? And we're going onto his turf now." She paused for a moment to let the others think that over. "I dunno about you guys... but I sure don't want to get caught. Something tells me he could and would do a lot more than simply kill us."

"You're welcome Draden." Kerrigan fidgeted slightly, wishing she could flip upside down for a moment to clear her thoughts. "I just want to get in there already and stop with all the pointless complaining and chit-chat."

Elcia was about to say "Exactly why we can't start arguing now" but "yikes" came out instead as they suddenly found themselves on the ground facing a wall of trees. She adjusted her hair over the leaf looped round her ear and looked for Azkadellia.

"I think I could turn into a rat," the dragon said "Do you think that would be noticeable"
"Try it. I have a pocket in this robe you can hide in." Elcia replied.
