for the plot twist i have devised a plot twist within the plot twist O.o
so here goes the explanation:
Jason was walking back to the council building after a meeting near the outer brim. John (bounty hunter) was chasing after Lee who was a little ahead of Jason. John spooked Jason into thinking that he was the one being followed and Jason ran into another ally way bumping into Lee. John shows up and notices who Jason is and poses as a cop, trying to get Lee to stop. Lee freaks and takes Jason as a hostage. John doesn't really care for Jason's safety seeing as Alex got away and he wasn't paid so he shoots through Jason to get to Lee.

So i thought i'd say this to clear up some oddities about Zeph. Yes, he is a bounty hunter, but he's a very different bounty hunter. When he first came to Attilus he was like border line dead. (the rest of you who started in housing 1 can go with this if you want) Drus, Ivy, Shoan, and Skyn got him to a hospital. When he got well, he continued to be a bounty hunter to help pay back their help. It slowly became his new life. However he has a new outlook on life due to that near-death experience.
There, hope that clears a few things up.
