The Seer redirected the winds, sending them around the Queen.
The Devil held onto Ruby's body, glancing at the battle, then outside, where the bus waited. Then the battle, then the bus, battle, bus. He finally caved in, and carried Ruby outside.
The Hound was concentrating on misting the shades before they managed to get to people, the Mist moving out and consuming them.

Arch the Angel The Seer redirected the winds, sending them around the Queen. The Devil held onto Ruby's body, glancing at the battle, then outside, where the bus waited. Then the battle, then the bus, battle, bus. He finally caved in, and carried Ruby outside. The Hound was concentrating on misting the shades before they managed to get to people, the Mist moving out and consuming them. The shades, began disappearing in fast numbers, the remaining creatures began to scatter, intent on escaping the park. The queen of hearts stood still as the wind surrounded her, and turned to face the seer. SHe had a sneer across her lips, and her red curls framed the pale face like a halo of fire and blood.

Drake looks at the body in his grasp....Ora was gone, and now so was Ruby. What was he supposed to do with the other girl he still had in his grasp? He couldnt really just leave her, but he wasnt exactly certain of just who the heck it was. But there wasnt really anytime to think on it now. Instead he simply flew with her over to where Miran sat and lay her down beside the explosively tempered man and then took off to leave from the party and try to find and explain himself to Erica and Xeen.

"Damn." Marcos muttered. Things for him weren't going to well. He had no bullets. The girl he had told would be safe was left behind. If he aloud any blades to be ripped from his body one more time he was screwed. And he had no energy left. He to tryed stand only to find himself fall on his face, "It all over for me..... But I can't give up yet..." He steadily stands up, shaking a little, but alright. He move toward were the girl lay and picked her up cradling her in his arms. "All I can really do is get whats left of you somewhere a little more peaceful." He paused and looked toward the exit.
(( Uh? could someone tell me if I want to get her out of there where do I take her exactly... Or should I just leave her there and go?))

Silent Lucidity sat up and almost passed out. She was weak from blood loss, and her left arm was broken. She shook her head to clear it and lifted up into the air. She faded out and flew higher, to get a view of the battle.
It looked like only one Queen was left - the one wearing Ruby's face - but she seemed injured. Silent Lucidity flew toward her while she tried to make sense of the babble of thoughts surrounding her.

The queen of hearts burst into flame, the air from the seer surrounding her, exploded, sending a shockwave across the park. When the fire died down, there were only a few scraps of burnt material on the ground. The queen of hearts was gone.
The portal itself closed, exactly why, no one was sure. But it zipped shut leaving only a glowing seam in the ground. Whether there was a possibility that it would reopen again, no one could be sure. The last of the shades had long since escaped the park, or been destroyed, the peope posessed by shades were either dead or lying with bullets in their knee caps.
The park itself was a mess, but the pretty sparkl light still glowed, and music still filled the area. A soft classical cello strummed over the air, over the dead bodies floating in the fountain, over the burned ones baked into the grass, over the bodies slashed into pieces by stone and wind. It was still a masquerade, as most of the dead were in such a condition....they were no longer recognizable.
In three days Amanda will wake from her death state. In three days, Ruby will not. As for Ora, it's always difficult to tell.

Bobby staggered around the park, looking for Ruby, asking if anyone had seen her. Finally he found someone that told him that Ruby had been carried off by a Griffon, someone else said that the Devil had taken her, and a third person said that she had burst into flames and vanished.
After awhile, he thought to ask about Aaron, on the theory that they would be together.
Again he got different stories, one that Aaron was riding a Dragon, the other that he was with Catwoman.
Catwoman. He knew that Erica was dressed as Catwoman.
But where would she take Aaron?
Home.
Bobby headed for the AA base.

The Hound didn't pause, moving out to apprehend the remaining possessed folks, unless ED made a post I missed saying they died or something, in which case he started moving around, checking on the folks who were injured.
The Seer searched for Aaron, in hopes that ED would tell me where he is, since she's prolly been keeping track, while I've been less than such.

The Seer moved from the area, now time to dwell on his own encounter during the battle, walking away slowly.
The Hound remembered some shades leaving, and pursued them, effectively taking all my characters from the area and thread. Woot.
