Aila is the fireball of her siblings. She doesn't let the fact that she's a female stop her when it comes to training and playing with the boys. She seems to make a hobby out of getting Jowy dirty whenever possible.
Just as her brother Jowy has his best friend Riou, she has Jacques. He's a little older than she is, but that doesn't change the relationship between them. He likes to cling to her and follow her around and she really doesn't mind so much since he's never trying to hold her back from anything. He listens more than he talks, so she finds him a nice ear when she feels like talking.

Most of her time was sleeping, eating, or training for the future. Sure, there was time for play, but even then it was mostly play fighting with her brothers or dancing with Safi in order to make herself more agile. Her major motivation was to be just like her father when she grew up. She'd never really had a vision until the evening when she met Jacques. She had been wandering about when she suddenly got a bad feeling. She'd learned in the past that when she touched rocks she got a better sense of what the feeling was But this time she got a full-on vision of a cheetah being chased by wild dogs and falling into the river with the monsters. She was glad for all the running she did, because she managed to get to the river just in time to grab the cloth around his neck and help him back up. She took him home and they've been best friends ever since.

The only thing that wasn't is her necklace, which Jacques found in their exploring together. He said it looked like her earrings and that they must be a set, so he gave it to her.

Daughter of the Goddess of the Wind, Aila has always had seer abilities.
Unlike some of her siblings, her visions are fairly infrequent. She gets them as feelings, either good or bad, and when she touches a rock the feeling becomes clearer. She gains a better idea of what is happening or will happen, though she never gets visualizations.
