Nanaki hears the sounds comming through the other side of the phone (thanks to his ears and me reading the other topics), and notices he needs to do something... He then goes to Aeris' side and screams:
_Hey Cloud, it's me, RedXIII! Guess who we found alive! You have three chances, first two don't count!
He then goes back pretending nothing happened and says to Zae:
_Yes, a little, thank you.
He then grabs the jerky with his mouth and starts eating it.

Sephiroth slowly walks into this city that has long sat dead. Yet he knows that she is here the one who died so he could make Cloud suffer. He does not know how she has returned but with luck his dear dear Aeris will once again remind that boy who is in charge.
Sephiroth pushed the thoughts from his mind as he moves to the shadows as he walks slowly through this place of death. Watching for them, the onces that he could hear talking. The once who even now try to guard his prey, but they will fail like the did before in protecting her.

Sephiroth watches them as niki turns towards him knowing that they can feel his presence. Yet he does not care for he knows that if he stays were he is they will not see him till it is to late. He will strike her down again and make sure she... his train of thought stops as a slight smile crosses his face. Why did he not think of it before. He will not kill her but use her as bait. Then he can finsh her of like before and give that Cloud a reunion and bad flashback all wrapped in one.

Nanaki smells too... This time he could feel it, and not only feel but he also could recognize the smell...
His eyes get wide when he notices wich is it, but they are soon switched by a fierce look, that together with all the fur in his body rising, his tail getting bright, and his mouth getting that feral expression only on canines' face when angry, clearly showed he was ready to fight...
And the reason was the name that he said in an angry and low, but still pretty hearable and recognizable to those around him, voice:
_...Sephiroth... He's here...
He then spoke in a calmer tone, but still filled with a sense of urgency:
_Nikki, it's better if you get out of my back right now and go to somewhere safe...
