After she was well away from Kikyo Kagome broke down and started to sob. She hated Inuyasha and Kikyo. She wished they would both go off and just leave her alone.

Inuyasha ran after her and lost her and was yelling out "Kagome where the hell are you" he kept looking and found her "are you ok?"

"Inuyasha go away. Go be with Kikyo. I hate you...I hate you," she yelled then softened to a whisper holding her hands in close to her body. She shielded herself from him seeing her tears.

Inuyasha looked at her and took shock of what she said to him "but kagome I..." he thought about what to say "...I..."

"Go away. You don't need me any more," she stood up and looked down at the floor of the forest. "I'm just going to go home. I won't interfere with you and kikyo any more." she turned to walk away.

Inuyasha just stood there not knowing exactly what to do, but evantually and Slowly he bagan to fallow Kagome, not wanting her to go home

Kagome cleared her face of any pain or sorrow and looked back to face Inuyasha. "Go back Inuyasha. Go back to kikyo. That's were you want to be isn't it?" she tried a smile but the pain slipped through. She turned and ran to the well. Her tears trailed behind her. She wouldn't go through this pain any more. She wouldn't see him again. The thought alone was enough to send her over he edge and run back to him. Forgive him as always. But this time she kept on running.

"WAIT KAGOME" he yelled chasing after her "damn it, i don't care about kikiyo anymo...." he couldn't finish that sentace but non the less continued to case after Kagome calling her name

Kikyo was in the forest out of sight, and she saw what happened between kagome and inuyasha. That kagome....she never listens to anyone. That will be her mistake....she will most certainly lose inuyasha forever...she needs to get over herself. Even when someone tells her the truth, she can never accept it. She is ignorant and selfish and stupid, but i can't do anything about it. She won't listen....and inuyasha....he tries so hard to win her back.... a tear ran down her cheek. She thought about what inuyasha said..."I don't need kikyo anymore..."
I guess that's it then... She sank to her knees and just sat there, thinking to herself.

Oh Inuyasha she thought she stopped suddenly and turned to hug him. Throwing her arms around him she sobbed uncontrollably inot his shoulder. I love him. I can't help it but do I have to go through this pain every time? He is making this so hard for me but I can't leave his side. I'm his... she held him tightly to her not wanting to let go.

Inuyasha put his arms around Kagome and hugged her back not knowing exactly what to say, just thinking to himself I've put them both through so much pain.... but i still don't know... who i.. he stopped thinking and just held Kagome
