Zachary’s eyes widened as he recognized Starly’s position. He quickly turned his attention to Flames, looking at his partner worriedly. “Flames, Starly’s about to use fly. I want you to use ember in every direction possible,” he stated, giving the fiery bird a weak smile.
Flames nodded, before inhaling deeply. Quickly opening his mouth, Flames turned around in every direction, letting the embers hit everything in sight. Flames the Torchic

HP: 20/24
Level: 6
Gender: Male
Attacks:
Ember: 4 HP
Scratch: 3 HP
Peck: 3 HP

"Use flame wheel!" Seth demanded. Charmander rushed at the rock and rolled into the rock with flame wheel. It was useless. Charmander bounced right off the rock. All it did was leave a scorch mark on the rock. "Ok try a flamethrower." Said Seth doubtfully thinking it would work. Charmander Opened its mouth and blew a very hot fire from it's mouth and it hit the rock. The fire didn't seem to do too much but the rock did start to crack. Charmander  Type: fire HP:24/24 Level: 6 Gender: Male Attacks: Flamethrower: 5 HP Scratch: 2 HP Ember: 4 HP Flame Wheel: 6 HP Evolving lel: 16 9/10

Starly was hit, but continued the attack, not stopping even after some of its feathers were singed off. Starly  Lv.4 Type: flying/normal HP: 12/22 Gender: Female Attacks: Quick Attack, 3 hp, strikes first. Tackle, 3 HP Wing Attack, 4 HP Fly, 6 HP, two turns. Evo. lvl.: 14 ((I do not know, I'll give you five for KO'ing this Starly or three for catching it.))

"O.k. Try using scratch over and over again." Seth told Charmander Chamander scratched the rock over and over just like Seth said but nothing happened. Seth noticed something."Charmander use scatch on the cracks!" Seth said in exitement. Charmander did so and the rock finally crumbled. "AWSOME WORK CHARMANDER! You deserve a treat" Seth said as he was praising Charmander. "here." Seth gave Chamander a pokeblock and the pokemon ate it with delite. Charmander Type: fire HP:24/24 Level: 7 Gender: Male Attacks: Flamethrower: 5 HP Scratch: 2 HP Ember: 4 HP Flame Wheel: 6 HP Evolving lel: 16 10/10 ((Charmander levled up.))

Zachary frowned, slightly annoyed that the Starly was persistent on continuing the attack. “All right, use flamethrower!” he yelled, hoping that the attack would hit this time since Starly seemed too concentrated to dodge.

A wooper appeared in front of Charmander, falling from a bush. Wooper  Lv.5 Type: Water/ Ground HP: 22/22 Gender: Male Attacks: Water Gun, hp 4 Mud Slap, hp 3 Dig, hp 6, two turn attack Mud Sport, reduces electric attacks by half

Wooper ducked behind a bush and the string gathered on the bush instead. The wooper jumped out and used an especially powerful water gun. Seth noticed the wild pokemon's attack was to quick to dodge. "Try to deflect it with a poison sting!" Wurmple attacked but it was too weak. the water gun hit Wurmple. "Wurmple! try to get up!" Wurmple got up. "Try another poison sting!" The poison sting hit, but did little damage, since the poison is not as effective against wooper's ground type attributes. Wooper began to dig, using the dig attack. Seth had to think fast. He looked around trying to find a way to beat Wooper. "Wurmple! Climb up the tree next to you!" Seth said in a panic. Wurmple climbed up to one of the highest branches. "Get ready!" Seth yelled to keep Wurmple focused.
