Well the outfit reflects the doctor's personality. It's pretty obvious with every Doctor...
I think maybe the best dressed is the Tenth I just love his suit. I just want to touch it...well I always just want to touch him really but the suit makes it more so!
I also like the third doctor's clothes...I don't know why.

Worst Dressed:
Everybody's going to pick on #6, but I say there's only one whose costume was a walking joke--#7. JNT went way over the line with that early costume, with a sweater covered with question marks and a question mark umbrella handle. It really stopped being any semblance of an outfit anyone would actually wear. The others just had really eccentric outfits until then (#6 outrageously so, yes), but #7's was reduced to a clown costume. Thankfully they backed off from that in seasons after that.

Its the 6th Doctor Hands Down. He is the Worst Dressed. Like wow. I know it was the 80's but Honstly. That would make a Blined person say "O Dear Lord"

I love the way most of them dress, though I agree that the Seventh Doctor's outfit was a little...well, a joke. Still, each of them fit the character at the time and seemed original or kooky in some way. It's for that reason that I voted for the Ninth Doctor - his seemed to me the most normal, though it still fit his character.

God, I can't believe McCoy's losing to Colin as Worst Dressed Doctor. Sure, the question mark thing was overdone, but it didn't make my eyes bleed like Six's. Actually, when they showed those promo pics of Tennant wearing his usual brown coat over the new blue suit, I hated that even worse. Talk about a lack of color coordination!

I think Seven's costume had redeeming qualities. The hat was nice. Looked very traveller-ish. And I've seen very little of anyone before Eight, but it seems like you could get used to Seven's getup after awhile.
Six, however, would only become worse over time. Every time you saw it, it would irritate the burns it had already given your retinas. xp
