i drop my sheild some of my armor of and my weapons then i focus moust of my chakra on my feet and i ran up the tree and almost got to the middle

i focus 70% of my chakra on my feet and i almost got it right

and my final i focus all of my chakra on my feet and became more relax and finaly got it right

Chakra Control Lv:1- Kensei sits down and focuses trying to draw chakra up, over the course of an hour it continually slips away from him.

Chakra Control Lv:1- After three solid hours of focus Kensei finally manages to focus his chakra enough for use. He nods to himself in a slightly congratuletory way.

Simple clone jutsu- Kensei finishes reading and begins to practice. His first clone produced is only half there. Kensei sighs in frustration.

Simple Clone Jutsu- Kensei continues to try and after fifteen minutes of intense training manages a single full size, healthy looking illusionary clone.

Substitution Jutsu- Kensei sets up the rubber kunai throwing machine and begins to practice the substitution jutsu. He developes many bruises as the kunais hit him.
