I am not entirely sure what "fansubbing" is, but if it is making Anime understandable for those of us who do not speak Japanese or Chinese or whatever, then I believe it should be done; however, I do believe they should not have broken the law. Therefor, I believe there should be license for fansubbing that they must have, as well as the artists' and writers' agreements.
Thank you for reading this opinion written by someone who hopes to learn to draw Anime someday.

That's really saddening. They don't deserve to jailed up, seriously. Most people enjoy Naruto, Bleach and other anime because they provided it. When Dattebayo falls, what are the fans going to do?

its sad, but they're never gonna catch all the people fansubbing, so we dont have to worry about not finding subbed naruto
