Leanna's struggling became weaker. Her body went limp in his arms as she passed out, feeling his breath against her neck.

Kurama began breathing harder than he was before "It took you long enough *huff* I almost used all my *huff* energy." Kurama leaned in slowly and opened his mouth to bite Leanna. It had been a while since someone wondered into his home, he had almost forgotten what blood tasted like. Finally, he bit the victims neck and began drinking her blood.

Leanna's eyes opened wide. She felt a strange feeling at her neck and glanced to the side to see Kurama's head. She strangely couldn't fight back or move, it was as if she were paralyzed.

Kurama saw that Leanna was awake yet kept drinking her blood. As he drank his energy returned to him. When he was finished he closed his eyes and let go, Leanna's blood dripped from the side of his mouth. When he opened his eyes, they were a deep blood-red. "That didn't hurt a bit, did it?"

"Just really wierd," she said weakly. She still couldn't move, and probably wouldn't be able to for a couple of hours. It was the way the venom in vampire's fangs worked.

"Now let's get you to a bed." Kurama knelt down and put Leanna's arm around his shoulder, helping her up. "Don't worry about your friends, they'll be joining you soon."

Leanna tried to nod with no avail, then said, "Okay."

Kurama took Leanna to a room with a large bed in the center. He helped Leanna onto the bed and sat down in a chair beside her.

"Thanks," she said before closing her eyes. A few hours later when she woke up, her eyes were a bright blue-green color. She sat up, glad to have the use of her limbs again.

Leanna turned her head sharply, but it was only Kurama. "You scared me there for a second," she said with a smie. "Good morning to you too."

Leanna bit her lip, and was surprised to taste blood. She slid her tounge along her teeth and found fangs. "Um... Aren't we supposed to leave them for the other vampires," she said, relieved for an excuse not to bite them.

"But-" Leanna was at a loss for words. She wasn't big on the idea of hurting her friends. "Wouldn't you rather do something else? There's plenty that we can do..."
