Pain enters the training area to practice a new jutsu he goes threw the hand signs and molds his chakra but nothing happens

Pain tries again he molds his chakra and tries to produce a wave but nothing happens and pain is disappointed

Pain tires again he molds his chakra and does the hand signs and a small wave a of electricity appears going only a few feet

Pain tries again he molds his chakra and performs the hand signs and a small but intense wave electricity appears and goes 10 to 15 feet in front of him

Pain gets ready to try again he does the hand signs and molds his chakra and a large and intense wave of electricity appears 500 feet in front he smiles knowing he mastered the jutsu

Pain walks onto the training field and begins practiceing a new jutsu he pulls out a kunai and tries to send electricity from the tip of his fingers but fails

Pain tries again he molds his chakra into his fingers and then tries to move it to the tip of the kunai but he fails once again

Pain tries again he molds his chakra into his finger tips and then he is able to move it to the tip of the kunai he has succeded in the first part of the technique

Pain no moves on to the second part of the jutsu he has to release the kunai from the length of lightning chakra from his fingertips but he fails and has to try again

Pain tries again he makes the bow chakra with no problems then he fires a arrow and hits the target dead center Pain smiles and leves mastering another jutsu

Lightning release-Electrical negate field-
Pain tries again he summons a clone then he molds his chakra and tries to use a emp but he isnt sure if he did it right so he has his clone use lightning fist the clone does without a problem

Pain tries again he focuses his chakra and thinks he did the jutsu sucesfully so he has his clone do lightning arrow and is able to with no problems

Pain tries again he molds his chkra and he could feel a small pulse leave his body he has his clone try to use lightning wave and is able to but has a small problem but is able to use the jutsu
