Arvis_Jaggamar Sheik026 Has anyone heard of this game, Endless Ocean? It looks absolutely incredible. It's probably not going to be much of a core gamer's game, but core gamers can definitely oggle at the graphics (which can rival some 360 games) and the fluidity of the animations. It looks absolutely incredible for a Wii game. I would say that this will be the big softcore game this year on the Wii. It even includes an online co-op mode, which is pretty big for Nintendo... Luckily, it's coming out in October, so none of the Nintendo Trifecta will trump on this game. It's coming out day and date with Batallion Wars II, but I got a feeling this game will win out with its appeal to the non-gamer. Now all Nintendo needs to do is start marketing this game, because I almost forgot about it, and if that's the case, I'm sure non-gamers don't even know about it yet... I'm impressed with the look of the game (although I disagree that it rivals any but the worst of 360 titles) but it doesn't look very.... I don't know... fun. At least right now. Is swimming around all you do? What's the objective? Of course not silly. You get to call your friends and dive. stare

tangocat777 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metroid_prime_3 So much to look forward to. I heard that they're changing the direction of MP3, so now Samus only shoots boxes filled with coins, and you need to collect as many coins as you can. There are no enemies. But don't worry, you can get your friends to join you for coin collecting fun!

So far, all they've shown is that you go diving and swimming. And you also have the ability to take photographs. But they haven't said much on an overlying gameplay mechanic. My guess is that you go treasure hunting... But, like I said, we'll know more in a little bit! mrgreen

I don't care for overly-violent games, so I hope they do something good with Endless Ocean.

That explains why Nintendo didn't put any big guns down in October... I'm hoping it'll be playable at LGC, or at least they show off what you do in the game in a trailer or something...

Online multiplayer is a no-go, but they do want to include some form of Wiiconnect24.

MP3 is my second-most anticipated Wii title, under SSBB. So what's this about suicide in MP3?

MP3 is my second-most anticipated Wii title, under SSBB. So what's this about suicide in MP3? It's called Hyper-mode. Samus becomes corrupted by Phazon, but a nifty little device allows her to channel that Phazon into powerful new attacks. She will have two new meters, a Phazon meter and a Corruption meter. When the Phazon meter is full, she enters Hyper-mode. While in Hyper-mode the corruption meter rises, if it reaches 100% she dies. You can get more details on some of the game's interviews. Oh, and my anticipated games are on this list. 1. MP3 2. SSBB 3. N:JoD 4. EBA2 5. Pikmin3 6. Battalion Wars (possiblle Halo killer)

I think the funniest one is RE4. On the box they have the scary font and creepy picture and then (still in scary font) the words "Wii Edition" at the bottom. If you say it out loud, you sound like an idiot. Like we couldn't see the name "Wii" right at the top of the box. Sorry. Sometimes it hits me all over again how retarded the name "Wii" is.

Nintendo got tired of being called kiddy so they created a name that is more mature based on the mind that interprets it. Kind of like Pikmin. Seriously, what do you think Pikmin are doing to enemies that allows the Onion to reproduce? wink
