Ki blushed and then yawned again. He looked at Ellryna and then ran over and hugged her quickly. As fast as the hug was, he ran back to Shania even more promptly. Ki was kind of scared of Aoi, but in a way it was a sign of respect. There was no clue in Ki's mind why he respected Aoi, but it seemed as if Aoi just needed to be respected and it was mandatory.
"Shania..." Ki was even a deeper shade of red, "are you going to be making babies with Aoi? Because if you are, you have my permission."
Ki giggled then rushed off to where Aoi was. "Hey, Aoi," Ki said rather quietly, "I-I... I'm sorry." Teeth were gnawing on his lower lip, his face were pointed toward the ground, and his foot was rubbing the floor vigorously.
"Um... Ms. Aoi's mom," Ki turned to her, "thank you very much for your hospitality. Can I have a second alone with Aoi... I want to talk to him." He felt a tad awkward asking the owner of the house to leave her own kitchen, but he wanted to explain to him why he acted the way that he did.

Patchwork Emotions ((Kay. Edited it. Me and my bf are gaming atm. I'm alt tabbing while waiting for stuff to check. xd But if I happen to leave the comp for a sec, he may get on and edit crap more. Shania watched Ki dash around the room and was relieved to see him acting normally again. Whatever "Normal" was with Ki. But when the baby comment emerged her eyes widened with surprise. "Ki!" she reprimanded as she reached out a hand to lightly swat his head. But he was already off, dashing after Aoi. She tilted her head, listening to the request to talk to Aoi alone. That took Shania by surprise. She had no idea what he wanted to talk to Aoi about, but perhaps the incident had given him someone he could trust about the element in him.
((Thank God. His roomate is watching Star Trek. It distracted him.))

Inanise watched as Ki talked. He seemed alright now and Inanise was relieved. It was drilled into her not to use her powers so lightly, and so had never really used it unless there was no other option, or if she saw it as a necessity. Clueless with topics of procreation, Inanise only looked curiously as Ki blushed, and then bounded off with renewed energy. How odd.. she thought to herself.

Meanwhile, Ellryna only smiled at the young boy who was so full of energy. The dining table was nearly set and everything was almost ready. "Your brothers will be here in a bit, I'm sure they'll be glad to see you." she told Aoi.
Aoi was about to reply when Ki bounded in once more, and made his request. Ellryna smiled with understanding at the boy and nodded. "That's no problem." she told him, then went to where the girls where.
When his mother left, Aoi turned to face Ki, smiling. "What is it that you want to talk about?"

Back in the living room, Ellryna looked at the two girls. "Thank you for waiting. I hope my dear boy didn't cause you two trouble." she smiled, placing a hand on each of the girl's shoulder. "He's a kind boy but he can be a handful." she chuckled.

Shania smiled at the kind women. "Not at all." she said. "I'm afraid Ki is causing more trouble himself." She traced a finger across a delicate braid. "The food smells lovely." she didn't want to admit that she had been so busy lately she rarely had time for a full meal. It was generally whatever fruit she grabbed on her way out the door. A real meal tonight had been too much of a temptation to pass. It would be good for Ki, too.

"Um... well," Ki's voice was quivering as he spoke, "you see... my powers killed my parents. That is why I don't want to use my powers ever again." Tears were dripping down his face now, his eyes like two leaky pipes. Ki wasn't ready to tell details about what happened, he just wanted Aoi to know why he snapped like that.
He ran over and let his tears paint into Aoi's shirt, and then he stopped. This time the recognition between their powers didn't happen, probably because Ki didn't have that much energy from his power in him. He helped Aoi finish setting the table and then grabbed his hand, leading him back to the group in the living room.
"Oh yeah, if you and Shania want to make babies you got my permission, " Ki whispered up to him blushing then running back to Shania and hiding behind her. ((That is ok. Oh, when you come back, how about we have an order on who posts so it isn't a bunch of randomness.

The stranger stood up and once again walked around. Then a group of people blocked his way, "we're sent to shut you up about the research you blew up." ,the guy said as they attacked him. The stranger vanished suddenly before they could reach him and appeared behind them. "...slow." , he said suddenly as he turned around and walked away. "hey! after him!" ,the man said as they charged up to him. The stranger smiled as he slightly raised his hand and snapped his fingers, "kaishin raika" ,he whispered and a large thunderbolt from the clouds strikes the group and burned them to ashes all at the same time. He looked back at the dead group with silver eyes slowly fading to blue. "..when will you people ever learn..?"

Shania wrapped her arms protectively around Ki. He was her treasure, and she had to admit she'd been nervous when he was out of sight. It wasn't that she was paranoid. But after what had happened she felt better having him near her, knowing and feeling he was safe. Shania quietly pondered what Ki had spoken to Aoi about, but figured he would tell her later when they were alone. Shania stood quietly studying their new friends. This will be good for Ki.
(( *yawns* Tired, and not sure why. But yep, that order is fine with me. ))

Patchwork Emotions Zell----Dincht "Hey thats mean. It's not my fault that I fell asleep. Blame my health. Since my powers have gone out of control I'm usually always sick and tired." He turned to look at the blue sky. "I haven't used my powers in months. I used to use them for common everydays thigs like cleaning but now I don't know if I will cause a tornado or huricanne." Asiago turned back towards her and said, "I ahven't got your name yet."
Elwen slowly nodded. "Sick and tired." she repeated. "All the time, or does it happen at any particular moments. And I am Elwen Lesli." she knew that being insulting wasn't really the best method to get information. "Please." she said. "I just want to understand what's happening to all of us. So I would like to know what's happening to you."OOC((Sorry I haven't been on in a while I just lose track of time.))

Aoi comforted the young lad, patting his head. He stayed quiet the whole time, but his eyes were full of understanding. He chuckled loudly at the permission that was given to him, but his laughter died down as he went into the kitchen to put the food on the table. Away from everyone else, his eyes were now full of pain and sadness. He looked at the bangle around his wrist, one that belonged to his former master, now long gone. His hand rubbed his left shoulder where his arm used to be. He too, had lost something due to his power. It might not have been as big of a price as Ki's ...but he understood.
With a deep breath, he walked out of the kitchen with his mom's Chicken stew and placed it on the table looking happy as can be. "Food's ready!"

Mrs. Umizu clapped her hands together, smiling. "Wonderful, I hope the food is to your liking! Please, let's eat."
She led her guests to the dining room, a simple room with red-colored walls and a simple lighting fixture hung on the ceiling that looked like vines with glowing orbs as flowers. The table was made of wood and rectangular, seating four people on each side and one on each opposite end. The food was placed on the middle of the table. One bowl contained a helping of rice, another one with chicken stew, another with a vegetable medley with soup. There was also a platter with slices of bread, buns, a container of strawberry jelly and a stick of butter. A pitcher of water and raspberry juice sat contentedly beside the platter, the surface of which was moist, indicating that the contents were nice and cold.
Ellryna seated herself on one end of the table, and Aoi sat across from her. Inanise shyly seated herself on the right hand side, next to Aoi.
"Come you two, let's eat." Aoi told his new aquaintances. "Mom's cooking is something not to be missed." As he said this, already he was fetching food for himself and took a bite out of the broccoli that his fork captured.
"Aoi! The guests haven't even seated themselves!" his mom told him.
Once done chewing, Aoi smiled, "Sorry mom, I haven't eaten your cooking for a long while... and you've gotten better."
Inanise only looked at the food while all of this discussion was happening. She hadn't seen so much cooked food in her life! Her gray eyes looked at her empty plate and just as soon as she did so, a scoop of rice dropped onto her plate, followed by a small helping of chicken and vegetables. Surprised, Inanise looked at Aoi, who only smiled at her as he put the bowl of vegetables back in its place. "A..Aoi!" she said in a whisper.
"The food won't come if you stare at your plate you know." he told her, slicing a piece of chicken and scooping this up with a dose of rice and vegetables. "Eat up!" he said before gobbling the contents of his spoon.
Inanise nodded slowly, taking the spoon and fork and taking a bite of the chicken. It was good. She could taste the chicken, hinted with herbs and a mild touch of garlic, delicately enhancing the taste of the meat. Entranced, she took a bite out of a cauliflower, the vegetable nice and crisp, lightly salted and peppered. Inanise looked at Ellyrna shyly, but thankfully, and this was returned with a smile as Ellryna placed some jelly on her bread, inviting everyone to dig in.

Zell----Dincht "Nothing much I've just had alot of headaches recently and they can last for days. And when I don't have headaches I'm just really tired. By the way the names Asiago."OOC((Sorry I haven't been on in a while I just lose track of time.))
"At times I feel like I have a high fever." Elwen replied. She didn't know how to explain it. It didn't feel like any normal fever. In fact, she now felt that the description 'I'm burning up' when people had fevers was completely in error. Since all of this had been happening she truly knew what it felt like to be burning up. It was odd. This wasn't even an issue she had as a child when she first realized she could control fire. Elwen paused. "Thank you for the information." she replied stiffly. Damn. When was the last time I said thanks?
