"I'm Tenar," he told her, making sure to keep at a distance. Apprehension still was clinging to him, but a sigh of relief was oozing from his aura. For some reason his eyes wouldn't make contact with hers, instead they glared deep into the shimmering lake to his side. The reflected wall shivered and Tenar consentrated deeply on it. Awkwardness was forcing its way into the crevice of silence that had formed after his name was spoken. He couldn't bring himself to speak again. Part of him wanted to break down and yell with joy, but another part still didn't trust that this was really Diandriel, because it just seemed too easy.

She rolls her eyes slightly, relaxing as she realizes he is no threat, and slightly amused. he must not be from this part of the Mainland, since here most would give full titles when meeting someone new. Descreetly making sure her knife was within reach, just in case her judegement was wrong, she bowed low. "Greetings Tenar, I am Lady Diandriel Loriand, heir princess of the Emerald Wood." she says in normal elven fashion. It was her title in short, for she could also add chosen of earth to it, but she was still unsure of exactyly who this newcomer was and was wary to reveal that fact to a complete stranger. It was odd enough for her to reveal that she was heir to one of the largest kingdom of elves in the Elemental Lands.

"Thank the Gods and Goddesses I've finally found you!" Tenar sighed out and fell to his knees. "You are the Diandriel, heir princess of the Emerald Wood, who is The Chosen for the great element Earth, are you not?" he asked her for added reassurance; adding 'great' just to flatter.
His eyes still couldn't meet Diandriel's. A part of him still couldn't accept that his quest was over. He had found her, but it just seemed too good to be true. Suddenly he shifted positions so he was on his back and his upper half was close to the water. Sinking down into the ground were his hands as a smile spilled across his face. Euphoria spread throughout his body, making him laugh out into the night and cause his eyes to burn a brilliantly bright blue, which seemed almost phosphorescent.
"So... what do we do now?" Tenar asked as he got up again and finally stared up into Diandriel's eyes.

In answer to his first question Diandriel raises her hand and slowly this time, with careful deliberate movements, she lowers her hand and in doing so she lowers her earthen wall into the ground. she smiles as it dissapears, she could now see him more clearly. Even so she narrows her eyes slightly. She still did not know exactly who he was or how he knew of her.
"It would seem you know who I am, but I still know nothing of you but your name."

Tenar blushed when re realized that that was true. He thought for a moment, vigurously grinding the toe of the shoe into the ground. After each part that was needed, or Tenar felt he could share, fell into place, he began the speech.
"I am Tenar, there is no last name because I'm not entirely human. My mother was a water spirit; she drowned my father," his eyes grazed the lake as several droplets of the same liquid formed in his eyes and slithered down. After he was ready, he continued, "After a long while, probably a thousand or more years in human time, I left and came to the land. I learned that I had powers over water, and with that I met the Water God. Long story short, he told me about you."
A sigh slammed out of his mouth as a shiver ran its fingers down his spine. He knew that he could never preform as powerful magic as Diandriel... or could he, after practice. At this point in time he could not even dream of making a giant wall form from the water. He might be able to raise a very protestant wave, but that was about it.

Arigoth made his way to Tilanta, it seemed like an eternity. He was know only 5 miles outside of the City he could now catch the first glimpses of the city. He stopped and sat on the ground just beside the road, he was slightly out of breath. "almost there" he said exhausted.

Diandriel smiles that warm smile of hers and walks forward, stopping just in front of Tenar. She offers down her hand to him. So the star had been right. The elements were revealing themselves, and in a faster pace then she had dared hope. Though also she was afraid. Having many of then together would be too tempting a target for the Neomancer. She shudders slightly. She was one of the few, if not the only, being alive who had fealt his malicious hands and escaped with her life and sanity. But she had still left something dear behind. She shakes her head slightly, forcing the painful memories away. She had no time to dwell on the past at this moment. She places the warm smile back on her face. "Well met Tenar, son of the water spirits, chosen of water."

After a few moments of resting Arigoth stood up and started running the last few miles of terain that were left befor Tilanta. He approached the City slowing his pace to a walk as he entered the city looking at the people on the street as they watched him a stranger.

Reeve watched from a distance at the exchange. The girl, who apparently was some sort of earth mage, as she controled the large mass of earth as if it was her second nature spke to a young man. Although he was too far away to hear the conversation it was not difficult to tell that they were strangers. He had studied people for a long time and was able to tell from the somewhat hesitant body language of the girl before the conversation had begun. He wasn't exactly sure why, but he felt he would stay atop the hill overlooking the lake for a short while more to see what developed.

A young man sat against a tree just outside the city of Tilanta. Propped up, he looked as if he simply sat, but, as it happened, he was, in fact, very much asleep. After arriving back from a particularily strenuous trip to the crossroads, (he quite often acted as a body guard for local traders who wished to travel to Crossroads) he had decided to simply sit and rest in the shade for several minutes. Those minutes, however, had turned into hours. Finally, the sun broke out from behind a cloud and shone directly into his face. With a start, he awoke, jumping up, and just about drawing the twin katanas that he always wore at his sides. Getting several curious glances for his troubles, he shook his head at his own foolishness and gathered his stuff. One day, he thought to himself, one day I'm going to stop acting like a jumpy child...
