I actually have a 14 yr old sister who's willing to watch shounen ai anime with me. And she reads any manga I buy, yaoi or not. She's not a fan, she just wants to read anything O.O But when I bought two new yaoi mangas the other day and denied her reading the more eprverted one she kept bugging me with "Whyyy?I wanna read"
Hell no. I'm trying to protect her innocence here XD

Luckily my parents nor siblings have ever found my yaoi. My dad almost saw me reading a pretty explicit RoyEd DJ once, though, along with my grandma. My sister is okay with yaoi, but doesn't like to read or watch it. She keeps out of my business. Whenever my brother wants to see it or tries to make fun of me, I just draw him in a maid's outfit to scare him. >D
But the worst story I've heard is-
My friend was watching Sensitive Pornograph with the volume up loud while no one was home. Her mom came in and she didn't realize, and her mom complained about the noise. Then she saw it and heard it completely and banned her from yaoi. D:
I'm soooo happy that my parents leave me alone. xD

Meh. Why bother? In this day and age you might even be doing her a favor by desensitizing her early. I mean, I started on yaoi when I was 11. Given, I didn't find hardcore until about 15, but that's not far off. How "perverted" are we talking? The Our Kingdom kind, or the Lovers in the Night kind? xd Luckily I'm an ony child, but somehow I managed to bust myself twice. Once I forgot to delete my Myspace visits from the computer's history, an the time before that I had forgotten to delete a fanfic before my dad had to redo all of the files in the computer for some kind of update. xp I can't wait until I'm out of the house. I want my own room, my own computer, my own bookshelf, and my own freaking privacy! scream Which do you guys think is worse? Nosy siblings, or nosy parents?
I'm not talking Our Kingdom here, ahem.(even though that is one of my most fave yaois). But nosy siblings are better than parents. Although, since I'm legal of age, it's not like anyone could ban me from reading yaoi razz

I have an older brother, and he keeps out of things for the most part.
My Dad, on the other hand, all but outed me to him about the whole shonen-ai/yaoi thing. xD
(See, my Dad knows. He even buys my manga for me. :3)

Nosy parents are worse than nosy siblings by far. With siblings, you can silence them by either black mail or by sitting on them(which I have tested on my sister quite a few times). With parents, it's very hard to keep them quiet and who is more likely to judge you?

Since my brother and I share a room(I'm 16 hes 28 dont ask) I have to constantly have to see if he's home first to watch and do anything! (I like to do stuff when I watch yaoi....Too much info? Good) Same thing applies wit hmy mom. She's a freaking computer stalker! gonk She always tries to catch me. But she cant! BUWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

hehe im a very evil person xD i have a younger brother who hates me reading/ watching yaoi... yes hes snitched on me because he went into my room and stole 6 of my gravitation books obviously not know wat they were and then screaming bloody murder then ran to my mom and said i was reading about 2 guys kissing and having sex xD i got into a little trouble but after that i told my brother... "well since you really cant tell which of my books have boy boy love in it.... i guess you wont go into my stuff anymore huh..." he said he would so on anything i dont want him to see i put lots of yaoi pictures on it or in it so he can burn his eyes out on them >x3

nope my little sister is totally into yaoi like me so its great(she's 2 years younger). but if my older brothers ever found out they would freak, but i'm 18 so there's not much they can do^^
