naruto, inuyasha, fushigi yugi, bleach, fullmetal alchemist, full moon wo sagashite, cardcaptor sakura, tsubasa, um.... my brain is going dead......
.....spiral, fruits basket, D•N•Angel, sweatdrop ouran highschool host club, eureka seven, rurouni kenshin, chobits, Aria the Natural.... thats all i can think of now...
i also read manga but their are too many to name xp

I watch
Blood+, Trinity Blood, Inuyasha (every so often, I don't sit down and watch it. same with Naruto) Hellsing, Azumanga Daioh, Miyazaki Films (they're freakin' awsome!) APPLESEED (really cool movie. go watch it.) Ghost in the Shell, Bleach, FullMetal Alchemist, FullMetal Panic, and I can't think of any more off the top of my head

Naruto Shippuden (Both are the smex!)
Trigun
Fullmetal Alchamist
Wolf's Rain
Ouran High School Host Club (I've only seen a little)
Miyazaki Films (espesially Princess Monanoke, and My Friend Totoro)
Dragon Ball
Dragon Ball Z (GT sucked majorly) (this was the first anime I saw)
Inuyasha (I don't watch it anymore, it got to annoying...)
Ghost In the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (good series, I recomend it)
Paranoia Agent (sp?) (another good series for the intelligent viewer)
One Piece (not anymore, same with Inuyasha)
Bleach (on occasion)
Sailor Moon (one of the first series I watched)
Avatar (once in a while)
Cardcaptor Sakura (when it was on CN)
Ruroni Kenshin (used to be on CN)
Eureka Seven (not so much)
I also love reading manga, but this post is long enough as it is... sweatdrop

I watch way! too much anime to list all of them...but some of the main ones that I like are naruto, shaman king, blood brothers, bleach, full moon....=p

Escaflowne pwns. I just have to find a site with episodes of it. sweatdrop I also watch Fullmetal Alchemist, Naruto, and Trinity Blood sometimes. Sailor moon pwnd when I was a little kid.

I've watched so many that I've lost count but recently I've finished watching Kyou Kara Maou, Saiunkoku Monogatari and Kare Kano.
Ones I'm watching include Zero no tsukaima, Deltora Quest, Seto no Hanayome, La Corda D'oro and Perfect Girl Evolution.
I've pretty much watched all the "main" ones and I'm just browsing for some fun ones at the moment. See how some of them aren't that well known.
