Shinyuudai Akira your evil twin String_Theory your evil twin String_Theory Rio and Issui had finished off the Hippo and had made their way to where Issui had seen Akira and the woman with the bird summon run off to. As they saw Akira score a finishing blow that knocked the Chiyo unconcious, Issui noticed Sifu and nodded to Rio, who vanished in a swirl of leaves while Issui continued on. When Sifu jumped to catch the falling Chiyp, and had just reached the crest of the jump, Issui appeared in a swirl of water beneath him, in the middle of a string of seals. "Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu," Issui said as water from two of his flasks ran out and shot into the air as it began to form a bubble prison of water around Sifu while he at a standstill in the air. As the water covered Sifu he let out a small burst of his chakra freezeing the water and then he willed it back towards Issui "Foolish child," Sifu thought to himself as he landed. "Your the one who is foolish," Issui said with a grin as the spot that Sifu had landed at erupted in spires of rock and diamond, all coming at him, some exploding as they did. Rio had set the trap of his spire minefield jutsu for Sifu to literally fall into. Meanwhile, Issui had drawn his swords and sliced through the ice aimed at him, which now floated around the sword as it became water again, the runes on the swords glowing a pale blue. "Ice is still water," He said, "No matter its phase." OK HOW IN THE HELL CAN ISSUI READ MINDS AND AUTO HIT AND CHANGE THE CHEMICAL PROPERTY OF ICE I MEAN WHAT THE ********, TALK ABOUT GOD MODDING scream Damn, boy.
You got owned. I think I will quote my character by saying ice is till water. H20 is h20, whether it's vapor, solid or liquid. Making something change phase is not altering its chemical make-up, it is altering the amount of energy in the substance and the movement of the molecules. By that logic, since chakra is energy, in the same method Sifu uses to make ice water (which technically would be different in application, due to the fact that you are not adding or subtracting energy, but applying a lack of heat which causes the heat from the water to move to the colder area.) Issui could add energy to the ice by infusing his chakra into it and causing it to become a liquid again. Much in the same way that Akira drew liquid water from the water-vapor in the air, water should be able to be drawn from ice by affecting it with energy.

What Nate is trying to say is all Hyouton users, don't pick a fight with Ookawa's. It's a bad idea. The story would've been different if you fought Rio or Akira, 1 v 1. I think.
Also, drawing chakra from the air is something the Shinyuudai is adept at. Average suiton users won't be able to preform it without over 9000 years of practive.

I mean Hyouton is a combo of Water/Wind if look at the elements. And this IS a Naruto RP so that means you can cancel a KG based on two elements with a KG with one element?

And this IS a Naruto RP so that means you can cancel a KG based on two elements with a KG with one element? but you weren't even using an ice jutsu. By the way you have described Sifu's chakra and how he uses it and how he used it at that time he simply froze the water by making the area around him super cold. Simply dropping the temperature around you by blasting the area with pure chakra to freeze water is not using an ice jutsu, it's just freezing a water jutsu. The lesson being: If you freeze someone else's water jutsu it doesn't become a ice jutsu, it's just a frozen water jutsu. The Ookawas are the masters of water in all phases whether or not they can preform an ice jutsu. They are around and in water for more than they are not in their lives. Any clan attuned to water or even those with the ability to preform ice jutsu probably started by being sired from the Ookawa's bloodline at some point in the past.

And a Shinyuudai can draw water out of anything, be it air, a human, a river, the earth, or even ice. They cannot, however, make ice. Nor can they make gaseous water, sicne they CANNOT posses Katon as a second element. They can draw water from air, and from ice, but they can not put it there by themselves. Which is why Akira needed to spread water all over the surrounding area for his plan, because he needed to give it time to begin the evaporation process. Akira couldn't evaporate it himself without some kind of machine or someone else's help. b***h's don't know nothing about my legacy.

They're ******** blessed with the left hand of the Ryuujin! The king of the ocean! What now, homeboy? Even if they have Rai/Do/Fu/Ka as a natural affinity, they get a stapled affinity of Suiton as their heritage allows them too! A bit like Sasuke and his natural affinity to Raiton and his clan's affinity to Ka.
Mind you they can't do anything fancy with it.
