SHe had hoped he said a week at least, but was still happy to hear him say overnight. It made her heart race thinking about it, a night alone with Ter? how exciting!
"sure a night sounds good, so exactly one week from now? we should probably meet up a couple times in the part to set up our camp out." she mentioned thinking or at least trying to think ahead.
Hinder felt his tail wag, hmm so the two love birds were going to try and escape their parents wraith? Sounded like fun, though it didn't sound like they, being the dragons were being included in this plot.
Jayoku was an avid listener, knowing just when to give the right sounds of oh and nods of approval despite him not being able to see it as well a nice tinkling laugh as he mentioned the skills classes.
She felt bad as his tone changed as well attitude as she mentioned the damaged kitchen floor. "It isn't too bad.." she started though one look behind her shoulder reminded her of just how bad it was. the wood planking would have to be replaced were claws and acid touched, and the water damage was her own fault.
"Er...perhaps you should come over?" she offered trying to sound a bit more casual.

Orpheus parked the car in front of Jayoku's place, looking out the passengers window and gave a bit of a sigh. It would be nice to get a phone call from her or to call her when it didn't involve their kids getting into trouble together he thought idly to himself as he got out the car, tucking his keys away into his pocket. He walked towards the front door in the same manner that a man heading towards death walked. He was expecting the worst, like a hole in the side of the house that used to be a kitchen... did wyvern breath fire? As far as he'd seen they didn't which was something to be grateful for. Not to say that they didn't do far worse after all Vorel could freeze things.
He paused on the porched starred at the door, bolstered his courage and knocked. Lets hope for the best but assume the worst he told himself.

As soon as she had hung up the phone with her breif call with Orphues she rushed to her bedroom and checked her hair. the curls still had some bounce to them. and yet she spritzed them with a bit of holding spray anyway and fixed her rather marred lipstick before hearing the soft knock on the door, idly wondering why no one ever rung the doorbell before dashing back downstairs.
She opened the door, looking a bit out of breath as she had basically run down the flight of steps from her bedroom. She gave Orpheus a wilted smile as her lungs burned for air.
"you got here fast.." she mentioned casually as she opened the door further to let the teacher inside.

Good, she wasn't yelling so that was a good sign that whatever had happened wasn't something that could be fixed, "I figured it would be best for me to get here quickly to get my kid." He said, assuming that Ter hadn't fled the scene of the crime that was. At least he knew he couldn't get far without being spotted given how he looked and that he had a dragoness with him.

Jayoku's smile faltered, so he just wanted to get Ter and leave. She felt a bit sad that he didn't want to linger, but walked him towards teh kitchen to show him the damage.
"I am not sure which dragon started it, but Keir and baroness did a number on the floor.." she said giving a wave and wishing she had remembered to put the hose away. " I think our kids are in the backyard now.."

"I appoligize for them." He couldn't say he was exactly the parent of the year that was for sure and Ter was a hand full of kid by himself and then to be given a dragon that thought in the same manner that he did. He gave a sigh as he followed along after her, "Just the floor?" He asked, sounding almost hopeful. Floors could be redone after all and they weren't to terribly expensive either.
He looked around the kitchen as he went in before inspecting the floor, "I can call someone when I get home to see about them coming out, getting an estimate to see what it will take to fix it." He offered, feeling fully responsible since he didn't exactly have the best hold on his household and those in it.

Jayoku felt a pang of regret for calling. Now things were awkward. "Uh...well since both dragons are to blame...how about you only cover half the cost? I mean it wasn't like Baroness was 100% to blame." she stated sounding more co-operative than she had been with Ter anyway. But there was a big difference with that. Ter wasn't his father.....

Orpheus gave a nod, that did sound fair for them to pay it fifty-fifty but at the same time he felt oddly guilty about it. No doubt because he didn't like the idea of making women pay for things when he was well enough off. He looked around the kitch before nodding once again, "Alright, that sounds fair." He said, though he would still be sure to call the repairman upon getting home, "So where is my kid and his terror of a dragoness? I should attempt to herd them towards the car." It was going to be a pain to shove that wyvern in the back she was so uncooperative most days. So unlike Vorel who was a bit like a dog in the way he listened when one used the right tone of voice with him.

Jayoku nodded her head resisting the urge to grab his hand and lead him to the backyard. Instead she gave a wave in the general direction of the backdoor that lead outside.
"They are in the backyard.." she started moving slowly towards their destination. She would have to have a word with Z inviting people over and not telling her...as well a word with Chath and getting him to teach his dragon some manners.

Orpheus nodded and followed after her once again, the moment they were outside he spotted his kid coiled up with Z. There were days he wondered if he and Jayoku should attempt to keep the pair apart as they seemed to get into the most trouble when together. Then he would get flashbacks to Romeo and Juliet and decide it was probably best if they didn't since they would do whatever they could do to be together then... it got messiest when you forbade someone to do something.
"Terpsichore Solon! Its time to go!" He called over to the snake in a tone that didn't give any chance for argument.
The cobra gave a jolt, hood flarring as he turned then he blinked as he met his father's stare. Maybe it wouldn't be a good idea to press his luck at this exact moment in time... he looked over at Z and gave her a smile, "Guess I am off to see how long I am grounded for. Will see you soon regardless."
Baroness pushed up to her feet and she skulked over to her snake and followed after him doing her best to look innocent even though she could tell the redhead wasn't buying it.

Jayoku looked a bit saddened that Orpheus was leaving, though maybe it was also the idea of having to talk to her daughter next that made her want him not to leave.
Z frowned giving a quick nuzzle to Ters cheek before letting him slip away from her. She brightened at his last words and nodded in agreement. she didn't want to say too much otherwise her mother may get suspicious...if she wasn't already.
Hinder watched as the Baroness was attempting innocent and tried to hold back a snort. He was a master of it. he would have to show Baroness some tricks next time...but then ..he didn't want her to be aware that he could pull that off...quite easily.

Orpheus gave Jayoku a smile, "I hope to talk with you again soon, hopefully the circumstances will be better ones." He said, then turned to follow after the dragon and the snake looking none to pleased with their current mess. He was most definately not amused or buying into the fact that Baroness was anywhere in the general area of innocent since he knew her well, "In the car!"
The scaley pair seemed to move that much faster towards said car if for no other reason then not wanting to make it worse. They would behave. For the moment at least.
