Flicking her tail upwards to whap him on the nose she grinned lightly, letting her head fall back onto his shoulder. "What? That I'm not in the mood to think up a point to prove? If you want me to I can think up one right now, no problem."
Her wings twitched as her body gave another shiver. Roxy adjusted herself so that she was closer to him. The warmth was inviting, so she'd take this opportunity to get as much of it as she could. She had a slight feeling they weren't going to be moving anytime too soon.

He snorted at the whap on the nose, smiling anyhow as he cradled her form carefully. He glanced upwards to look upon the orange, pink, and yellow sunset occurring on the horizon with a soft sigh of something that was contentment mixed with wistfulness, laying his head gently over her own as he watched the sun disappear over the horizon.
It was a few moments before the light started to fade, and he began to feel the coldness seeping into his own bones with a light shiver. Reluctantly, he maneuvered himself so he was helping her stand with his own weight, shifting onto all fours and standing himself after she was up. A tremor wracked his form as he shook the water from his coat, stepping towards the shoreline as he paused to look down at Roxanne.
Nahuel was anything but a romantic. He understood that he knew nothing about females, and up until now, he'd been content just with the knowledge that he knew enough to befriend one... but his perspective was changing, slowly but surely. He wasn't sure what it meant, exactly... but Roxanne was different from the other mares he'd met, somehow... and he wanted something more.
He opened his mouth to speak as he stepped out of the water, but all at once, his courage deserted him, and the deep flush that had colored his face before returned as he simply looked towards the sand instead.

By now, Roxanne had just been content with curling up with Nahuel. She hadn't even payed attention to the sunset. But with his movements, she soon took to her hooves. A few blinks and a quick look around. It had gotten quite darker than earlier, she had barely noticed till now.
Giving her whole body a shake, she pranced back to the dry shore. Her long tail trailing behind her was held high like a streaming banner. As she reached the soft sand of the beach, the flutter quickly turned around to look at the stallion. A curious look washing over her face as she saw him staring down at the sand. Taking a few steps towards him, Roxy nosed his forehead with a smile and a giggle. "What's wrong hmm?"

He paused a moment, opening his mouth to answer, but after a moment, he simply smiled, shaking his head. Insecure, dense and naive as he was, he knew he had a good thing going right now, and he didn't want to ruin it for anything. Grinning brightly at her giggle and touch on his forehead, he nosed a wavy forelock away from her own eyes as he stepped away from the water.
"Nothing at all, Missus Roxanne," he said with the same childish grin he'd worn before, tossing his head to rid his eyes of the pesky strands of his mane. Seeing that night had fallen, and they would most likely need to find a place to sleep, he eyed the landscape before them before asking in his best chivalrous voice, though still with a grin: "Shall we go then, m'lady?"

Giving another brief shake of her body, she nodded. "Sure. Its probably gonna get a bit cold tonight and we're still both pretty wet." She shook out her back legs a bit, trying to keep the sand from sticking to her legs.
With a quick flutter of her wings she started to head off back towards the tree line. It would probably be a better place to find a bit of cover and maybe a resting spot there than anywhere else right now.
