~~Setting change~~ The inky blackness of space, somewhere in a galaxy a considerable distance from Gaia. In relation to present day more than three hundred years had passed, and Mindblaze was now contained within the Emerald Swarm, a group of small packets of flesh designed to drain energy and contain his immense consciousness. Upon a throne of ruby at the heart of the sleek bioship Bioblaze sat alert, several tendrils reaching out to give him sight through the ship though his eyes were closed, linking directly to the very consciousness of the ship itself. Crimson Mists billowed around him, The Five as well as The Dominion Juggernaut and The Blade of the Dominion. They were all still with him, but there were several he had...lost along the way.

From, and the cliche is evident, out of nowhere, came several rapid bursts of what could be considered energy came from, what could be considered below Bioblaze. The shots that came were very accurate, targeting specific areas of the ship, in an attempt to disable, not destroy.

Like bullets passing through a human body, the Bioship shuddered at the precise blasts, Bioblaze visibly twitching upon his throne as thoughts of the pain entered his consciousness. The main weapons system had been disabled, as well as several auxiliary functions unimportant to the ship's survival. A crimson sphere blazed into existance around the ship for a moment and sputtered out, a shield of sorts failing. Regeneration and muscle contraction began immediately to repair damage dealt and re-establish the shield. An image flared before him on what one might call a viewing screen, the view shifting to show a mostly symetrical mass of metal closing upon him from a distance, ehergy trail evident to his own sight. Bioblaze snapped his fingers and pointed two fingers out towards the other ship as The First and The Second dissolved into Crimson Mist and phased outside to dart towards the ship as pure light, and hopefully find an entrance through which light could pass. The ship itself had been nearly immobilized, speed cut down to only momentum retained through inertia.

The Symmeitrical ship rolled easily to the right, more agile than most ships, and rather easy to move from a pilots point of view. Easily the ship bipassed the light and fired again, at more non-important parts, to further cripple the ship.

The First and The Second kinda just...kept going. They'd be back... eventually. The link between Bioblaze and his ship seemed to shut down, even a forced connection becoming unstable. The ship, oddly enough, was falling into a state similar to unconsciousness, the precise blasts acting as if one were striking pressure points on a human body. The ship slowly began to drift into a spin to the right, the force of one of the blasts altering the ship's course, and it was unable to hold it steady. Within, without the use of the ship's psionics, he was without a way to contact, or even resist the one assaulting his ship. He couldn't yet place why he hadn't felt the approach , and was rather amased, for once, that the ship could even reach a state of unconsciousness. Whomever was assailing him was...unique, and not a bad shot either.

And the ship, with the complete upper hand, yielded fire, moving ahead and shifting expertly, so he tumbled just so, matching the other's, so their fronts were both facing eachother, turning and tumbling at the same rate. And the... there was no other word for it, child, watched the front area quietly. The spitting image of an old friend of Mindblaze.

Seeing as the ship was unconscious and Bioblaze could still only see in the means of flows of energy and heat beyond the walls of his ship, he'd really not be seeing that very much, or at all. All he could do was sit in his throne, awaiting some form of raiding party or his own destruction.

Poke, poke. Poke poke poke. Poke more. That's what came from the left of Bioblaze, the child now standing there. The spitting image of Kien, save for the fact that he was younger. Sixteen... maybe. He poked some more.

Bioblaze glanced over and jumped at the sight of him, causing him to fall out the opposite side of his throne. He peeked back up from over the side, "What in the name of the heavens above...?"

The boy continued to poke, now poking at his sight thingies, whatever they happened to be. He stared with blank eyes. "Squishy." He poked a bit more, before letting his hand settle at his side. "Why do I dream of you?"

Bioblaze pulled back, his eyes dissolving into the Emerald Swarm before one reformed, leaving the other cavity empty. The empty eye socket filled with crimson light as Bioblaze received a composite image of the child, "You...dream of me? I vaguely recall your face, but I never forget an aura...though that which surrounds you is...changed from that which I remember. Your name...its been so long..."

He gazed at him quietly, tilting his head. He seemed perplexed in the least, perhaps unaware of his spiritual or mental history. "Who are you?"

He blinked for a moment, "Who am I? Why would you ask such a thing if you've come seeking me out? I am Mindblaze Ellena, known to some as Bioblaze, well, to those whom once knew me as Mindblaze considering this current form, anyhow."

He only poked at him some more, contorting his lithe body around thechair to sit in it, watching him quietly. "Sounds familiar... kinda... Mindblaze... it makes sense somewhere in my head."

Bioblaze's form lost cohession, shifting as a mass of nearly complete flesh, shifting and rising up to stand in front of the inquizative young one, "I'm not exactly an easy person to forget, but forgetting things myself has become...rather easy. So many voices fill my head that much was lost when I was gifted with this body. Tell me of yourself, and maybe we can puzzle this out together. First, among others, where the hell did you learn to shoot like that?"
