She looked around her, and saw a couple of vampires, and several humans.
*Going up to the vampires, she greeted them cheerfully, then moved onto the humans, shaking their hands sternly, and a grim expression on her face.*
"There are humans within my domain."

Shinjutsu looked around confused, "I believe you mean Garlic. But other than that you are correct. And against humans in war we can use anything but plague or biting." She added.

Chay blinked. "No, I meant onions...garlic's allowed. But a human king with an onion fettish set up a whole number of rules dictating just how onions could be used as weapons. There's a book about it," she said.

Lucifer sighed exasperatedly, looking at the lot of people arguing over whether this was legal or not.
"I think the point is, that we should do something about people attacking the castle. I really don't think onion laws would help." He grabbed Kregg up and then looked in the direction of the machine.
As expected Ani was perched on it, pressing random buttons to see what they would do. Lucifer sighed again.

Kreg regained consciousness.
"Aargh! Don't eat me!" he yelled.*
"Oh, it's you lot!" he said when he regained intelligence," Drat and I was having such a nice dream."
He turned around.
"What? You still haven't managed to get rid of the army?"
*many sentient beings have been known to yell this when confronted with Lucifer's face on awakening.

"What's garlic" asked Kregg.
He turnedaround to face the impeding army.
"Eeehh...bother this! It's almost dawn, I'm going back to bed. Wake me when they're gone..." he turned to return to the castle.

Lucifer promptly grabbed Kregg back.
"I say, this is your bloody mess and I want you to bloody clean it up!"
He turned to the others for a moment. "Sorry, I don't usually swear so much but Kregg brings out the worse in me." And then turned back to Kregg.
"You figure out what to do with the bloody humans!"

Chay made a quick headcount. There were less than 84 vampires, so it was quite feasible to fit them all into her mansion.
"Oh do shut up," she said to the humans in general, somehow managing to be heard over their racket. "You may all stay at my house for the time being, if you please," she offered blandly.

Lucifer nodded also, "I wouldn't mind either. But I must say that Ani and Kregg are both a bit of a handful..." He looked in the direction of Ani's maniacal cackling laughter.
