Sickly Psycho Ivy_tsuki Sickly Psycho When ever I see my guide I see a woman, what I believe is a wolf and sometimes a horse. None of them ever say anything or do anything, they just stand side by side. I don't know if one of them or all of them might be guides or just visions?

I never could astral project, well I trued and never succeed with the techniques I tried. For your animal guide do you have to find it or will you just know? I ever went to mediatate on mine I just felt that the wolf was my animal guide..... Is that all right to do?

My spirit animals are a white stag and an owl. Certainly not what I expected, which actually made me feel more confident that I found the true ones. http://www.witchscauldron.net/cauldron/animal.htmA great meditation to help you find your totem animal. I also find that it is important to avoid expecting/hoping what to see. If you try with premonitions, it will not do you good to "find" a false totem.

My friend Sha, a while back, tried to pick who her guides were and it didn't work. She never saw or felt what she wanted so she just gave up. I feel bad for her but she should have tried harder...although we were nine or so...I think sad I don't remember exactly.

I feel bad for her but she should have tried harder...although we were nine or so...I think sad I don't remember exactly. Well, the biggest problem people have is that they try to see what they want. Some people are just so desperate they finally do imagine what they want. But the truth is that you are giving yourself a false pretense, and didn't find you real animal. You do not pick your guides... your guides pick you. Sometimes it takes a few times to see your totem animal, as well. They will be able to tell when you are ready to see them, and will only show themself when they know you are ready. It is a process, and is very worthwhile to try many times.
