Erica smiled, "It is a tiger, and I bought it from a breeder. You enjoying your swim?"

Umbra sat on the beach, leaning against a tree. Surprisingly, he wasn't wearing a scarf, or his turtleneck. Instead, he was wearing a modified wetsuit that covered his neck and lower face. He saw Kitty and Erica talking, but focused primarily on the tiger. He stood up, walked over, and kneeled down, petting it.

The tiger rolled around in the sand, giving Umbra a long lick with her scratchy tongue.
"Good with animals, are we?" Erica smiled looking down.

Umbra ignored Erica, and continued to play with the tiger. He seemed to be completely drawn towards it.

The tiger blinked and made grumbled noises, enjoying the attention.
Erica on the other hand was trying to keep herself from doing something obnoxious.

Umbra made a grab for the tiger, and accidently ran into Erica's legs. He jumped up, and made a grab for her just in case she fell.

Erica stumbled and grabbed hold of Umbra, struggling to regain balance. After regaining her balance she gave him a small grin,"So are you going to pay attention to me now, or are you still enthralled with my cat?"

Erica laughed, "her name is Kali, it's after an old boyfriend." She smiled to herself. And reached out to pet the tiger in Umbra's arms.

Umbra nodded a tiny bit. He continued to pet the cat, rocking it in his arms.

Umbra smiled, his eye turning blue. He held the cat out in front of him, indicating that he liked Tigers.

"Ah," Erica smiled, "I was hoping you were more a general animal fan. I have another creature on order, I think I'll name it Ashura. Another old boyfriend." She looked down at a seashell by her feet, picked it up and put it in her bucket.

After hearing the name "Ashura," Umbra dropped the cat. He stared at her, a look of despair on his face, and his arms still out as if he was holding it.
