The first. The best. No, don't talk to me about chronology and who was actually the first sith lord. I'm talking about the first sith I saw as a child on screen; the sith that terrified me and gave my sister nightmares. Yeah. Him.
2 - Traya
Evil, lying, scheming, manipulative b***h. The thing about her though, is that she doesn't have that cliched hate for the Jedi... it's the Force she hates and wants to destroy. And even at the end, she still loves the Exile. I love her because she's just so well written, especially for a female villain. She could have been even better, had KotOR 2 been finished properly. >__>
3 - Sidious
He's just so brilliantly manipulative, it's scary.
I hate him so much that I absolutely love him as a baddie.
4 - Fem!Revan
Allow me to explain... You know how awesome Revan is? Yeah, now imagine him as a woman.
5 - Revan
Needs no explanation.
Honorable mention:
Plagueis, Caedus and Nihilus
(Nihilus was waaay overrated. He's only here because of what he could have been.)
