red_moon_wolfess Can I get non-guild members to vote? I really want Disgeia one and two to pass onto the next round, and I know at least a dosen people IRL who would vote in a heartbeat that ether one of them is the best SRPG ever created. Its just that they aren't active enough on Gaia to join the guild. But I told them about the contest you have here and they where all shocked that Disgeia one and two havn't been nominated more times! Can I just get them to PM me and send you the quote as proof? Or have it done over IM and get you the archive of the conversation? I luff Disgaea I and II as well, but I can't limit myself to just 4 nominations! gonk

AnimeMonkey Falafel25 My nominees: 1. Final Fantasy IX 2. Legend of the Dragoon 3. Earthbound 4. Pokemon Red/Blue FF9 has to be my fav. of all the FFs 3nodding heart I like FF3 the best! That, my friend, is some classic gaming gone amazing! Just no beating those Dragoon and Ninja classes

No one else likes Star Ocean crying Oh, and I wanted to know if Disgaea (sp) is a direct series (you have to play the 1st to understand the 2nd) or an indirect series (you can play whatever one you want and the story is independent). I can't find the first one anywhere... which console was it on?

Disgaea is an indipendent series, where you can play it out of order, but if you play it in order you will be squeiling all the way through as you meet the characters from the old game along the way in two. As for Disgaea one, it is a discontinued game by Nippon Ichi you are only ever going to find it as a used game at a really big game store that does trade-ins and the price is going to be 40 Dollers, IF you find it.

Of course three of the finalists are Final Fantasy games. rolleyes I love FF, but come on people...
Anyway, my vote goes to Final Fantasy VII. My favorite of the FF's.
