Before Batosia could arrive to Hiru and strangle him, Jericho came out of nowhere. Batosai seemed to reconized Jericho as one of his classmates from the academy. He felt like grabbing Jericho and throwing aside then deal with Hiru. But he gained some control over himself as he agreed with Jericho at a certain point. Batosai was sure to let Hiru off the hook this time. But Batosai was determined to be ready as he would snap Hiru's neck if he touched him again. "Fine, have it your way." Batosai said coldly.
Batosai moved arounded Jericho and began to walk over to Hiru at the front counter. He stopped when he was half way there and turned his attention over at Jericho. "You coming or what?" Batosai signaled Jericho to have a bite to eat with him. Batosai then turned his head back and continued to make his way towards Hiru. "I hate wasting time like this. But might make some friends while I'm at it. What choice do I have anyway. I got to make friends with these people even if I don't want to..." he thought as he slowly approached Hiru. He stopped a second at looked at Hiru as he was drooling on the counter. "...and I really don't want to." Batosai thought as he regrettably wanted to make peace with his past and move on with his life, even means by putting up with Hiru.
He pulled up a chair and sat down next to Hiru, who was still waiting for his food. Batosai pushed his chair in to show that even with an bad temper, he had manners, unlike what Hiru seemed to show with the drool on the counter. He then pulled a chair out next to him as a signal for Jericho to take a seat. Batosai sat from there, not even caring if Jericho would take a seat there or find somewhere else to sit at.

Jericho smiled as Batosai agreed not to attack Hiru, at least this time, then went and sat down. Jericho crossed his arms and made his way over to the chair next to Batosai and looked over the choices in ramen he could get. He didn’t want much, just enough so he would be full, then he could go back to his training.
“Umm….I will have the ramen with beef and peas please.” Jericho said as he had finally made his decision. He looked over at Batosai and said “Hey, my name is Jericho by the way, its nice to meet you.” I feel like I could get a long with this guy very easily, I don’t know why, its just something about him that reminds me of myself.

The smell of unique ramen easily filled the air throughout the little shop. The ocean blue walls emitted a nice, calming feeling. Tied with the cool morning, becoming afternoon, and slight mist the day began with a lethargic feel. The afternoon made Kiketsu yawn slightly as he was eating his bowl of noodles. He had been feeling idle since the morning and shaking the feeling was not easy. No one could see his face. The ivory boy had kept the straw hat upon his head since entering the village. The black poncho on his body also remained.
Rain from the past few weeks had made him keep this attire for his travels. He'd much prefer the clothes beneath, but walking in them damp all day would only succeed in attaining a cold. The violet hair child began to contemplate his next move. Kiri had been in one of three places that he could have likely found. That person had pointed out his acquisition might be in one of those places, but the percentage still would be low. Still it would be a chance to learn something from this village. Even if that little side quest was not here, it could wait. His main goal was still at hand and could be done in 'Bloody Mist'.
"I'll have the biggest bowl of Ramen you have, and put LOTS of fish in it please, the biggest ones you have!" a voice states much louder than needed in this shop. The voice this emanated from was from a boy who had an appearance as unique as Kiketsu's. His skin was blue gray with eyes and teeth like the ocean's greatest predator. His height was taller than the child in the straw hat and he wore a blue wardrobe as if trying to blend with the sea.
Soon two other boys, one with dark brown hair and another with tar colored hair entered and sat with the first child. Kiketsu had been in the village for a few days now and had been lucky no one took notice of him. Still the clothed child would need to expose himself sooner or later.

Batosai took some notice of Jericho taking a seat next to him. He really didn't show any sign of caring of Jericho's appearance to the counter along with him and Hiru. But Batosai was actually relieved since he didn't have to be alone with Hiru. Batosia turned his head towards Jericho as he got Batosai's attention when asked for his name. "Batosai...Batosai Hitorki." he answered back. He turned his head away as he was ready to order. "I would like the ramen with a mixed a beef and pork, and add peas with that as well." Batosai ordered. He then turned his attention back to Jericho so they can converse, while their orders was being made. "This guy is really different then the others, especially Hiru and Sanabi." Batosai thought.

“Well its nice to meet you Batosai.” Jericho said as he crossed his arms and put them on the counter top. Normally Jericho would extend his arm for a handshake but he saw how Batosai reacted to being touched, and he wanted no part of that. Jericho looked around hoping the orders would come soon, not because he was particularly hungry, he just wanted to get back to his training. “So Batosai, where are you from?” Jericho said trying to start a conversation.

Hiru barely noticed people sitting down next to him a few minutes after he arrived, yet his friendly nature could only be surpassed by his insatiable appetite. He vaguely heard conversations at the back of the shop and new faces taking seats around him, but all of this could wait.
“Is it coming already?”, he asked, wiping the saliva from his mouth (and parts of his shirt).
Even though many orders had been placed, all of the staff seemed to be hard at work on his gargantuan meal. Finally, after a few very long minutes of impatient anticipation, the bowl, which kinda looked like it was from a family of tubs, was placed in front of him.
Hiru gasped for a second at the vision offered to him. He split his chops apart and almost literally dove into his bowl, smiling like it was the greatest gift he had ever been offered... then again, maybe it was. If sensei was ever to pick up the check that is...

Kiketsu took note of the azure skinned boy as he dove into his bowl with the grace of a great white on a seal. It was one of those things you wanted to stare at in awe, but the solitary youth pulled his eyes away. Instead he pulled down the straw hat lower till his eyes were concealed and continued to eat in a more civilized manner.
He heard each child's name, but could not put a face to each name as yet.

Podo walked over to the boy and sat down a glass of green tea. He didnt need anyone choking on his ramen. His seafood ramen was killer for sure but it wasnt as bad as his shark ramen, urchin ramen and all his other specials. "There ye be lad. Have e glass on de house."

Hiru stopped eating for a second to catch his breath. That's when he noticed for the first time that many other students had arrived.
"Hey there guys!" He cheerfully said.
He noticed his best pal Batosai had sat down next to him. Hiru was overjoyed to think that after just one day he had already made a best buddy.
"You should really try the Seafood ramen, it's great!", he told him, not really able to keep all the food he was chewing inside his mouth. Hiru looked around at all the new and not so new faces in the shop, but strangely did not notice his sensei anywhere.
"Any of you guys seen if sensei was following us? He was supposed to go over our first day of training with us...", he asked.
While waiting for an answer, Hiru nearly emptied the glass of fresh water that had been offered to him. He thanked Podo for his kindness and dove back into his bowl, looking up from time to time to see if someone could give an answer to his question.

Bright green eyes took notice of the shark like boy who called over a man, whose name was Prodo. Kiketsu himself was also feeling a bit parched. This shark ramen was a tough competitor, going down the throat. In his the polite manner that he has been thought, one pale finger raised to get the older man's attention.
"Excuse me sir. Could I also have a drink?", the boy asked in a monotone voice. His hand then went back to gripping the his utensil for eating. Shark ramen is tough to go down and the last thing this hidden boy wanted was to be beaten by his lunch.

Sensei entered the ramen store and inclined his head slightly when he saw Podo. He had come here lots of times with his team in his youth and although the team was now separated, and one person missing... no. She could be back... Sensei didn't know what to think. Well... he could always focus on the case at hand. A presumably large bill.
Looking around, he saw three of his students, Hiru, Batosai and Jericho, as well as another stranger wearing a straw hat. This place definitely wasn't as crowded as it used to be... back before the invasion.
Sensei took a seat next to Jericho. To the kids it would seem like he had appeared quite suddenly.
"So," he said in his monotonous voice. He didn't continue his sentence... because he was currently spiking all three of their bowls. Sensei couldn't seem to get through the day without poisoning at least one person it seemed...

Batosai looked puzzled at Jericho's curiousity about his past. Batosai himself never liked to bring up the past, as there were too much memories that he wished to forget. He wished to not answer the question, but he also didn't wish to offend Jericho. "I once lived outside the village...but now I'm here to stay." Batosai cleverly answered without any lying in it. Now that he answered the question, Batosai felt like probably putting that type of pressure on Jericho himself. He figured that Jericho might have skeletons in his closet, like Batosai has in his own.
But before he could ask Jericho, Hiru openly joined in the conservation. "Great, just what I need now." Batosai coldly thought. He slightly turned his head towards Hiru for a quick moment to see what Hiru would want. But Batosai didn't listen as he just let Hiru's words go out one ear and out the other. Batosai finally noticed that their orders had finally arrived. Batosai grabbed the chopstick and broke them in half and began to eat, but in a civilized manner unlike Hiru. Batosai ate until the bowl was half empty.
Batosai was going to continue both his and Jericho's conversation while they were eating, but Sensei finally arrived to the ramen shop. Batosai stopped eating for a moment so that he could have Sensei's full attentiuon. He wished to see what Sensei wished to speak to them about. Batosai waited for Sensei to speak but he hardly said a word. "What is he up to??" Batosai asked himself as he grown suspecious fo Sensei. But he changed his mind has agreed that he doesn't know Sensei at all and couldn't judge him until he got to know him, if he wanted too in the first place. While lost in his thoughts, he failed to notice Sensei spiking what was left of his food.

[Still new to the d20 system so I'm not sure if I did it right.]
The man had slipped something into their food. The emerald pupils of Kiketsu missed only caught a glimpse of this person's hand at the shark boy. He did in fact see his fingers slip something into the last students soup. It wasn't seasoning or spices. That's for sure.
The boy had close lineage to a great white was already chomping down on the food without hesitation. "Hmm. He's closer than me. He should have seen it." Kiketsu thought to himself as he watched a feeding frenzy at hand. Fortunately the other two did not begin to eat at the moment.
"You probably shouldn't eat that." the pale boy's voice rings from underneath his straw hat. It was loud enough for at least one or maybe all three of them to hear it. Not that Kiketsu cared much about what fate was before them in their lunch. It actually would be interesting to see what happens to the navy skinned boy. It was more something the covert child wanted to state since it seemed none of them could pick up on it.

Batosai picked up his chopsticks as he realized that Sensei might not say anything at all. But just before he was going to take a bite of his food, he heard a voice from behind. "You probably shouldn't eat that." the voice said. Batosai kept his head forward as he didn't want to show any type of suspusion. Instead, He took a look at his food for a moment. Batosai then slowly pushed his food away and took somewhat of a cold, dark glare at Sensei as he now realized what Sensei had done. "That miserable son of a b***h, who the f**k does he think he is." Batosai thought as he continued to give a cold glare at Sensei. He wished to get up from his seat and just hit Senei right between the eyes, but he knew he couldn't do that. First of all, Sensei was a teacher and it would be bad if Batosai struck the teacher. Secondly, Sensei was a chunnin so Batosai wouldn't be able to put up much of a fight. So he stay seated, as he patiently waited to see Sensei's motives. But a part of him felt sorry for Hiru as he was eating like crazy without realizing what had happened.
